Step into this bright, open-concept 1500 sq foot living space with stylish dĂ©cor & cozy touches throughout. Enjoy a gorgeous indoor sauna & plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Youâll love the private ground level entrance, yard & quiet neighbourhood. Perfectly located just 1 block from a stunning ocean walkway that stretches all the way to downtown Victoria. Minutes from Saxe Point Park, Macaulay Point Park â ideal for ocean views, kayaking, fishing, or a peaceful seaside stroll.
Step inside and youâll be greeted by a bright open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living roomâa warm, inviting space to relax, cook, and share meals.

The suite offers two full bedrooms:
âą Bedroom 1: One queen bed
âą Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
Perfect for a couple with kids, two couples, or a small group of friends.
đł Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an easy stay, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Enjoy breakfast at the counter bar, or gather for dinner at the marble dining table that seats six.
đ Living Room
Relax in the living area with a 55â TV, a comfy couch, and two lounge chairsâa cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring Victoria.
đ„ Sauna
A highlight of your stay and what makes this place really unique: our built-in 4-person hot rock sauna, perfect for unwinding and relaxing giving you the getaway you deserve!
đ§ș Convenience
The suite includes its own washer and dryer for your convenience.
đż Outdoor Space, Access & Storage Space
Your private entrance begins through a gate into the side yard, wrapping around to the back of the house where youâll enter your suite. Guests have access to a private green spaceâa grassy area surrounded by mature trees, perfect for a peaceful moment outdoors.
During the spring & summer months you will also have use of the outdoor furniture so you can enjoy time in the yard.
Thereâs also a large storage/mud room ideal for bikes, luggage, or outdoor gear.
Youâll have the entire suite to yourself, but my wife and I live in the upper suite and are always happy to help if you need anything. Please note: as this is a heritage home (built in 1912), some sound may travel between the floors. During your stay you might hear light footsteps, voices or our friendly pets, Obi đ¶ and Gary đ±. We promise to be mindful of noise and hope you can do the same :)

This neighbourhood truly captures the best of island living! It's peaceful, friendly, family-oriented, and surrounded by ocean views, parks, and walking trails. Itâs close to downtown yet feels calm and laid-back â the perfect balance. I love how you can start your morning with a coffee by the water and end the day watching the sunset â itâs such a special place to call home!
