Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains, this brand new (2024) 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty.
Elevated to capture panoramic views, the property features an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects with the outdoors, where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of both the lake and mountains from every angle.
Each spacious bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Whether youâre enjoying the view from the expansive deck, cooking in the sleek kitchen, or exploring Queenstownâs nearby attractions, this home promises an unforgettable escape.
BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- King Size Bed (can be split into 2 single size beds)
Bedroom 2- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3- King Size Bed
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if youâd like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Please note: There is ongoing construction next to the property due to the continued growth of the neighbourhood. The construction work starts at 7 am and finishes at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. The apartment has double glazed windows, and the construction does not obstruct your wider views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu or the surrounding Queenstown mountains.
Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire house.
Please use the allocated outdoor parking space - do not park inside the garage.
