rustic charm and modern convenience. Inside, youâll find a spacious open
layout with a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern
appliances, and thoughtful amenities such as central heat and air, Roku
streaming, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and keyless entry. Each
bedroom is furnished with comfortable queen beds, ample storage, and fresh
linens, while the bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, and essential
toiletries.
Step outside to relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy a meal
cooked on the charcoal grill, or simply unwind on the outdoor furniture while
soaking in the beauty of the Smokies. Located in Cosby, this retreat is just
45 minutes from Gatlinburg and minutes from hiking trails, waterfalls,
restaurants, shopping, and white-water rafting. With a peaceful private
