This is a peaceful neighbourhood, and we ask all guests to respect our community. Strictly:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional visitors without prior approval
- No pets without approval ($200 cleaning fee applies if approved)
- No smoking inside or outside
- No shoes inside the home
Breaches may result in a fine, compensation for damages, and immediate eviction without refund.
Check-Out Requests:
- Leave beds unmade
- Wash & put away dishes
- Return furniture to original position
- Remove rubbish using correct bins
- Switch off all appliances, A/C, and lights
- Ensure doors & windows are locked
