Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Naples! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families and friends looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Inside, you'll find an open and inviting layout filled with natural light throughout. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a bright ensuite bathroom with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. There's also a den with a sleeper sofa and work desk which is ideal for an extra guest or anyone needing to catch up on work while away.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you can enjoy plenty of sunshine, a relaxing hot tub, and a covered patio with comfortable seating and a dining area. It's a great space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or evening chats while the kids play in the yard.
Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from Naples' beautiful beaches, shopping, and dining, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and convenience for your next family getaway! The community has guarded gate & security and there are 2 heated community pools, basketball & tennis court, volleyball court, and children's playground.
The HOA requires guests to fill out a renters packet to have access in the gate and to all of the amenities in the community and there is a fee that must be paid. Please reach out to our office to find out about the HOA fee as it is typically anywhere between $150-$500.
