Layout of house is good, but it was not as clean as it should have been. We had to wipe down all counter spaces upon arrival. Dust bunnies around furniture, baseboards and stairs dirty. The property needs a deep clean!The entry code provided by Jacqua Realty did not work. Made contact with them but after not hearing back for 30 minutes drove to their office. Interaction with “management” there was very unprofessional and frustrating. Will never rent a Jacqua Realty property again.

We had a long weekend stay with family. There was 12 of us (adults & kids). The house had plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown shops. Jaqua Realtors were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. We would love to stay again next year!

The home is new and very well maintained. The bedrooms are very generous size-wise, especially the master bedroom. In fact, it's so big it almost makes you wonder why they didn't make it smaller and try to fit another full bathroom upstairs instead. The home also is very well-equipped for guests – one of the best we've ever seen in terms of kitchen/cooking items and toys and other accessories for children. The exterior photo of the home is very misleading, however; since the photo was taken, a house was built next door. So what appears to be a nice-sized side yard for kids to play on doesn't exist, which was disappointing. The only "green space" in the yard is directly in front of the front porch, as the backyard is completely taken up by woods and a large deck. So don't plan on playing yard games with your kids. But overall, there was plenty of space inside for our party of four adults, an infant and two young children, with a large living room that's adjacent to a medium-size kitchen. The home also is only three blocks from South Haven's beautiful South Beach and an easy 10- or 15-minute walk to the downtown shopping district, full of restaurants and shops. The bottom line: This is a really nice place to stay, even if there's virtually no yard.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was decorated so cutely and had all the amenities - well, maybe bring a few more towels. Plenty of space to hang out and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We'd stay again for sure.

This was our second year here and it was just as good as the first. The location and accommodations are perfect. The house provides everything you may need for the week and has lots of room to spread our.

No WiFi, no resolution

The house was promising when booking on VRBO with nothing but positive comments. I really wish I could say the same. This was a trip with adults and kids but the adults had to work remotely and were counting on the WiFi this weekend. The WiFi didn’t work at all. Even after I reached out to the rental management team, all they could do was thank me for my patience and told me it’s been escalated. Our whole stay no one came to check in or try to fix it. Nothing was done. There was no compensation offered of any kind. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. At one point, the tub also clogged and they gave me the same generic text. It even started bad. Check in was not smooth at all, the code they sent me was not working and we had to call the office to get a new code, not that bad since they were able to fix it. But the grill wasn’t working properly either and each time I would text the number I got the same generic response. There was a 24 hr number to call and it wasn’t a working number. It was highly disappointing and you can tell the company doesn’t really care. They got their money we had to deal with it.

Amazing family rental

We had such a great stay with our family and friends. There were 6 adults and 4 kids (4 months - 4 years-old) and there was plenty of space. It was also so nice to be walking distance to the playground, the beach and town. The house was very well stocked with beach toys, water blow-ups, wagons, bikes, scooters - literally everything you could need (except beach towels - so bring your own beach towels!) The house also has step stools for kids, a high chair, booster seat, some books and toys, a crib and even baby monitors. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Would Rent Again

From the moment we arrived at the house we knew we were going to have a great week there. It was clean, spacious for our large family, and the kitchen was the best supplied one I’ve ever experienced. The location was close enough to the beach and town that our teens actually wanted to walk places.

Family Getaway

The home was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which was much appreciated! There were plenty of bath towels, the beds were okay. The location was great, within walking distance to everything. We loaded up the car and drove it closer to the beach to avoid carrying everything we wanted to take for the 10 of us but the walk was less than 10 minutes. There were nice beach chairs , a wagon, and toys we could have used but didn't need. The outdoor space was nice but small and the parking was very limited. South Haven is a nice, small town with a lot of fun shops and plenty of places to eat, grab a coffee or a cocktail, or get ice cream. Kid's Corner had what appeared to be very new equipment, it was a nice, well kept playground and designed even for little ones. The property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved an issue we had with the internet after a storm came through. The only downside was the 2 5 baths as one full bath is in the master bedroom. This made things a bit challenging. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Awesome location and beautiful house

This house was the perfect for our extended family with little kids. Kids corner was a short easy walk, south beach and downtown were also very close (we drove because of little kids) and it was an easy walk for the adults. The house itself was beautiful and a perfect space for so many people. The kids loved the basement and the open living room and kitchen space were great for hanging out together. We also took advantage of the fire pit and backyard area with pretty lights. We were so happy with this house and would love to return.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the location and the beautiful home.. Maybe if under the description of the home you could add that you have bicycles for various ages, sand chairs and sand toys, wagons for travel to the beach, it could save families from bringing theirs. But, this was by far an excellent choice of vacation rentals and we loved it.

This house absolutely everything we could need and more for our stay with young children and a baby. Crib, high chairs, toys, bikes, sand toys, even a wagon! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a great looking! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wonderful

We had a basement remote not work. So only 1 tv we could use. With 6 adults and 4 kids. Mgmt said new remote would be sent. Never happened. Only 1 major inconvenience issue was the water basin next door was torn up and repaired for 3 days. Hard for us to enjoy the beautiful backyard. The landscape workers were there long hours all day. One night til 7:30. During high holiday week wasn’t such great timing on the HOA The house was amazing so well stocked especially the crib and baby items was awesome! Thank you

Long Weekend in South Haven

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for a multiple family weekend stay. We enjoyed dinner outside with plenty of room for us all. It was nice to end the evening with a fire outside. A nice quick and easy walk to the beach. There was also so many child friendly things at the house for the kids that ranged from infants to 7 year old.
