Welcome to Cedasands, a pristine slice of paradise nestled in the heart of Callala Beach, NSW. This pet-friendly holiday rental provides the perfect coastal escape, with soothing ocean sounds creating a serene environment. Effortlessly combining casual-beach style with top-notch amenities, it's the ideal getaway for up to 12 guests, promising boundless fun and relaxation.

Step inside the main house to discover three spacious bedrooms adorned with premium bed linen and bath towels, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The renovated outdoor studio contains a double bed, tri-bunk, living area and kitchenette. The adjoining bathroom on the end of the studio is accessible via the covered deck.

With a mix of bed sizes, this rental can comfortably accommodate various age groups and dynamics. The three bathrooms all come equipped with essential toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.

For added comfort, the living room in the house and the main bedroom are fitted with air conditioning, while other bedrooms have ceiling fans, and heating facilities. The seven dedicated parking spots ensure there's plenty of room for all guests' vehicles. While Cedasands is pet-friendly with space for up to three furry friends, the fully fenced yard provides your beloved pets with a safe and spacious play area.

Further enhancing your stay, the well-stocked cooking facilities allow you to whip up gourmet meals to enjoy in the inviting dining room or alfresco in the outdoor dining area. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.

- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front door, driveway and carport area. They will be on during your stay.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.

Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
