Unwind in this our stylish 2-bedroom duplex, perfect for families or friends visiting the area.
Our place is 10 minutes to Logan Hospital and Logan Central Plaza. Easy access to the M1 and Logan Motorway — ideal for travelling to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Short drive to Griffith University Logan Campus and Loganlea Train Station.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need — a modern kitchen, bright open-plan lounge, and a private outdoor area to relax after a day out.

This home a duplex unit (Unit B) — completely private inside, with your own entrance and garage.
Driveway is shared with the neighbouring unit ( (Duplex A), which is also rented out for short-term stays.
Both bedrooms feature comfy queen beds, plus there’s a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests and can be set up by request.
(Additional Guests: The home comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Up to 2 extra guests can stay using the sofa bed for an additional $50 per person per night (maximum 6 guests total. You will need to place an request for sofa bed to be made)
Air conditioning in Living room and one of the bedroom. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Spacious open-plan living and dining area with a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
🕒 Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—please message us ahead of time to arrange.

We provide professional cleaning before every stay, but we kindly ask that guests:

This is a quiet, residential street. Noise curfew after 9PM.
