The Space:
Welcome to our sunny Matipo Retreat, a warm and inviting cottage perfectly suited for families or small groups visiting TaupĆ. The property is fully fenced, offering peace of mind for families with little ones, and has off-street parking available in the driveway.
Enjoy the sunny backyard and front yard, ideal for relaxing outdoors or letting the kids run around and play. Inside, the home features an equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining and lounge area with a Smart TV, and everything you need for a relaxed stay.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed and a single bed, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. A newly renovated bathroom with a laundry area adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Located just a short drive from TaupĆ town centre, the house is also close to the Paetiki Shops area, where youâll find a supermarket, restaurants, and takeaway options.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love being near the Spa Thermal Park, where you can walk the scenic trail to Huka Falls and enjoy the natural hot pools at Otumuheke Stream.
