The well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich press with an island benchtop with stoolsâeverything you need for preparing family meals. Dining area. Entertainment is sorted with two separate lounge areas, each fitted with a Smart TV. The internal bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, plus a separate toilet for convenience. Outdoors, you'll find all complementing deck with outdoor furniture, enclosed courtyard and fully fenced yard.
You are ideally positioned to enjoy the best of the local area. Birubi Beach, Robinson Reserve Park & popular Skate Park are just a 500-meter stroll away. Birubi Beach offering excellent surfing, rock pools, and coastal walks. Essential local conveniences, including the Anna Bay Tavern, Thai restaurant, newsagent, and small grocery shop, are only 200 meters from your door. The region boasts exciting activities like camel rides, 4WD tours, and sandboarding on the famous dunes.
