Step into this charming whitewashed stone cottage with rustic brickwork, nestled in a quiet lane in Goolwaâs heritage precinct. Entry leads into a light-filled open-plan living area, featuring high ceilings, polished concrete floors and an inviting green lounge perfect for relaxing. A warm palette and unique art give the space character, while ceiling fans and a heater ensure year-round comfort.
Outdoors, enjoy your own private brick-paved courtyard shaded by trees and surrounded by lush potted plants â perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine.
The dining area sits beneath a modern staircase, accented by a bold red lamp and vintage furnishings. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, open shelving and moody tilework â ideal for preparing anything from morning coffee to a full meal.
Upstairs, the lofted sleeping area is cosy and stylish, with a pitched ceiling, plush bedding and ambient lighting. A ceiling fan ensures your comfort in the warmer months. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and quality finishes.
Free on-street parking is available, and Wi-Fi is included for working or streaming with ease.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
