This stunning 2BR unit on the 16th flr offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Enjoy exclusive access to an outdoor sky pool, a tranquil zen garden, a 24hr fitness center & convenient laundry facilities—all in a smoke-free environment. Stay connected w/ complimentary WiFi in public areas. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen w/ a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave, along w/ a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.



The Space:

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

- Pool access is available seasonally, weather permitting, typically from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A maximum of 2 guests may use the pool at a time, and pool bands must be worn at all times.

Located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low cost option to get around!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month).



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $250 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
