A private, open-concept loft apartment set on the top floor of a guest coach house on a quiet 2-acre waterfront estate. This spacious 1,000 sq ft loft is perfect for professionals seeking a peaceful, well-equipped place to stay during work assignments, relocations, home renovations, or longer visits to Mississauga.
This loft offers comfort, privacy, sunlight, and natureâperfect for stays of 30 nights or longer. The loft is a separate building from the main residence with no unit below, offering quiet living, beautiful natural light from six skylights, and 20-foot vaulted ceilings with exposed barn-board trusses. At the top of the spiral staircase, youâll find a private balcony with panoramic views of the backyard and Credit River.
Inside, the living area features a brand-new 4K TV, Ignite TV, Netflix with a Yamaha receiver and a 6-speaker surround sound system. The space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished for extended stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living and includes two under-counter refrigerators, a deep freezer, gas stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, coffee bar, seasonings, and essential cookware. It is perfect for long-term cooking and day-to-day routines.
The bathroom includes a large jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower attachment. Due to the A-line roof, there is no stand-up shower; please refer to the photos to ensure this setup suits your needs.
