The Space:

Welcome to your Melbourne home away from home. This beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment on Clarke Street offers the perfect blend of comfort, style and unbeatable location. The apartment is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows in the open plan living room, creating the perfect backdrop to relax. The living room has a split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort and smart TV to view all your online streaming services.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials to create a meal at home, washing up is made easy with dishwasher, there is a four burner gas cook-top, fridge/freezer and microwave.



The bedroom has a double bed with quality linens and soft textured bedding for a cosy nights sleep.



The bathroom includes a large shower with rainfall shower head and a separate laundry with washer/dryer combo.



There is no parking with this apartment, however there is paid on-street parking in the area. Street parking is restricted to three hours at a time before having to move your car between the hours of 7am and 10pm. We generally recommend guests do not come with cars.

Originally an industrial area, it was redeveloped starting in the 1990s into a residential and commercial hub known for its high-rise buildings, vibrant cultural and entertainment precincts like the Crown Entertainment Complex, and modern architecture such as the Eureka Tower. Key features include the Southbank Promenade with its many dining options, a lively arts scene, and beautiful riverfront walks.



You'll be staying in one of Melbourne's most vibrant, walkable and well-connected neighborhoods.

All of our apartments come with a welcome letter that includes key information to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for up to two guests, along with a small starter pack of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.



Bookings are based on one or two guests sharing the bedroom only. Please note the sofa is not available for use as a bed.



Before arrival, we’ll ask you to complete a short registration form with your contact details and a few notes about caring for the apartment during your stay.



As we continue to update and improve the property, some furniture or furnishings may differ slightly from what is shown in the photos, but the comfort and quality will always remain the same.
