Large elegant apartment superbly decorated and fully equipped. Totally independent and private with unlimited wireless internet access. No deposit needed with a valid credit card. Free luggage storage. Immediate response.

This apartment is stylish and very spacious, keeping the original 'Maison de MaĂźtre' features of the beautiful 1800's construction. Available for short and long stays. The best option in the best area of Brussels. It has a superb location within Brussels European District. Only 6 minutes walking from the European Commission and 10 minutes from the European Parliament. 2 supermarkets are located within only 200 meters, where you will find all the groceries you need for your stay.

This apartment is fully equipped with a private bathroom, 1 high-quality extra large double bed and 2 comfortable single beds, free cable TV with international channels, free wireless internet connection, a telephone line with direct telephone number, and a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator.

We supply fresh towels, all toiletries and linen.

Easily accessible by public transport (Maelbeek and Arts-Loi metro stations at only 3 minutes walking, and at only 10 minutes on public transport from Central Brussels and its famous Grand Place), and at walking distance from Brussels city centre.

The price includes all taxes and services (except telephone calls).

Keys are handed out in-site during reception hours.

Reception and housekeeping services are available (housekeeping service not included on total price). Our staff will be happy to assist you at any time !

Please note that unfortunately our installations are not adequate to host any pets.

In order to keep a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbours, parties are strictly prohibited.

A final cleaning fee could be requested in cases of misuse of the facilities.

Large Apartment Close to Metro

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this spacious apartment. It has good amenities as listed. It's within walking distance of two metro lines to take you to attractions in Brussels. There's a large park within walking distance too. We give it a thumbs up if you want to be away from the tourist part of town.

Spacious- EXCEPT the upstairs bedroom

Avoid the second bedroom! The spiral staircase to the second bedroom is steep and dangerous. Getting luggage up is a real challenge. Upstairs bedroom had poor storage with no luggage cradle and only 2 hangers. Bed mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. Good central location and very nice open garden area in the back. Noisy from upstairs tenants. Staff was kind and polite.

Good location

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in this property. The area is safe and apartment is close to metro. The courtyard is pretty with direct access from the kitchen. Cons: Stairs to the second level bedroom are steep and narrow. We left the suitcases downstairs. The trash can is small. When asked for replacement trash bags, the front desk replied that they don’t offer extra trash bags. We were there just for 5 nights and it didn’t make sense to buy a box of trash bags just to use couple of them. Also there were exactly 4 bath towels for 4 people and property did not offer additional. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. It takes a long time for anything to dry if we washed them ourselves.

Salsa suite review

Wonderful, historic property in a great location. Great outdoor patio for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I feel several clarifications should be made to the listing. First, the second bedroom is up a very tight spiral staircase that is not suitable for young children, seniors or those with mobility issues. There is actually only one bathroom is the suite. The toilet is in a separate room from the bath/shower. Evidently, in Belgium, they consider this two bathrooms. There is no dryer in the apartment. There is a drying rack for air drying the your clothes and they consider this a dryer. All of the desk clerks are very friendly and helpful and will assist with any questions you have. All in all, a good stay.

Great location with everything you need

Three travelers all over 68. Beautiful apartment felt very secure. Loved having washer and dryer. Description should be enhanced to describe challenging staircase (spiral)to second bedroom. Used pull out couch on first floor as a safe alternative
