This coastal home has been expertly furnished with comfort and style in mind. The small complex of 6 apartments enjoys a communal pool. The townhouse has a car port directly outside the front door. A/C in the living and master bedroom with fans throughout. Multiple balconies with cooling river breezes and a well stocked kitchen with all mod cons.
Come & enjoy this fabulous home.The three bedroom three level townhouse has more than enough room for the entire family. The ground level of the property comprises of entry way, full laundry facilities and a cute second living area with access to the private courtyard with BBQ facility. The middle level of the townhouse is dedicated to the open plan dining, kitchen and living areas which flow onto an undercover balcony with plantation shutters and luxury lounge area. There is a flat screen smart TV in the comfortable lounge area.
The open plan modern kitchen has a Nespresso compatiable pod coffee machine as well as full cooking facilities. There is an reverse cycle A/C system on the mid level and a ceiling fan. There is a super cute study nook with desk and screen should you need to work from your holidays. If so kindly ensure your bring your own laptop and connection accessories. There is also a powder room on this level.
The 3rd level of the townhouse comprises of the three spacious bedrooms. The master retreat has reverse cycling A/C and ceiling fan as well as spacious ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans and coastal luxe furnishings. The main bathroom with shower over bath is on this level.As our guest you have access to the entire townhouse and the shared pool.Please note this property is laid out over 3 spacious levels so there are stairs.
The garage is for owner use only and is not accessible for guest use. There is an undercover carport directly outside the front door.
Upon request the singles can be pushed together to make a king bed. There is an additional charge of $60 should you require this service. Please ensure you advise us 72 hours prior to arrival so we can arrange for the cleaners to do this.
