The backyard retreat offers a Cowboy Pool, putting green, and a covered dining area with BBQ grill. It’s also fully turfed so kids can play rain or shine without getting muddy! String lights bring this outdoor space to life in the evening along with Sonos speakers located throughout the property.

The home’s open concept renovation is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the living room couch with your favorite book or to watch a movie while loved ones whip up meals in the kitchen. Home chefs will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. 8 barstools offer seating indoors and the outdoor dining table offers seating for 8 as well.

The Front Room offers a Twin daybed + trundle which sleeps 2 (please note this room does not have doors). The Primary Bedroom, also on the ground floor offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The downstairs half bathroom also serves as the laundry room. Upstairs, Bedroom Three offers a King Bed + Sofa Bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note the sofa bed is best suited for one adult or 2 children/teenagers. Bedrooms Four and Five each offer a Queen size bed. A small workspace is located on the landing upstairs. A second full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located upstairs and is shared by Bedrooms Three, Four, and Five.

LOCATION
This is the perfect space for those looking to explore Austin - just 1.5 miles to Downtown! 5.3 miles / 10 mins from the airport and 3.7 miles from the UT Austin campus. Walk to Ladybird Lake, hiking and biking trails, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and more. We recommend taking a dip in the Cowboy Pool or playing a round of mini golf before enjoying a night out.

THINGS TO NOTE
1) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. 
4) Smoking is not permitted.
5) Pets are not permitted.
