This beautiful and bright 47 m² flat with a view of the Eiffel Tower, located on the 3rd floor without lift, is composed of :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

You will only need 15 minutes by public transport to reach the Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysées, or the Opéra Garnier. Neat and Colorful 1 bedroom with pull out couch

This was a lovely flat - we didn’t cook in the flat but there was plenty of room for 4 people to sit down and eat. The coffee maker was great, and there was even a little coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen to use. The partial view of the Eiffel Tower was a bonus.
