The perfect getaway. Within walking distance to beach, town, Jitney, LIRR and ferries to the South Fork. This quiet and bright house is located in the heart of Greenport. Enjoy wineries, breweries, amazing restaurants, shops and beaches.

Guests have the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fenced in outdoor space with all the amenities: outdoor shower, Weber grill, yoga shed, fire pit, hammock, Nespresso machine, board games, karaoke mic, etc... There is also a fully-equipped gym in the basement with treadmill, stationary bike, and weights.

Great spot to stay and explore Greenport! Had fun visiting wineries, shopping and heading to the beach. Especially loved the updated amenities and back patio. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time! The home is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and so much light. We love sitting in the backyard and we had everything we needed (2 adults and two teenagers). We were a quick walk to the amazing restaurants and shops of Greenport and an easy drive to numerous beaches. I highly, highly recommend this property!!

Great Dog Friendly Getaway

The house was clean and cozy. The backyard area was enclosed and enjoyable to hang out in, especially with a dog. Location was great, 5 minutes from town. Cindy was very responsive. Plan to stay here again in the future !

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was even more spacious than expected. It was in a great location - about five min walk to bay beaches and 15 min walk into downtown Greenport. The backyard patio was very private. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a great weekend getaway in the NoFo. Property is perfect for a small group (even though it was just my husband and I) and well equipped for all your needs. It’s also just a short 10 min walk to town which is nice and convenient. Would certainly stay again!

Classic North Fork

Lovely, bright, beautifully decorated, well located. We visited family over Thanksgiving. We didn't get to take advantage due to the weather, but there is also a great outdoor space with a grill.

This stay was perfect, the house is beautifully decorated and the property feels private although it’s in a neighborhood. Cindy was great at communicating and reached out personally to make sure we’d arrived safely and that everything was up to par, which is was. I’d recommend staying!

Fabulous Fall Weekend!

We had a wonderful time at Cindy’s lovely home. Check-in was a breeze and Cindy was so helpful before and during our stay with tips and suggestions. The house is well-equipped with anything you might need and it was spotless. A completely welcoming and warm Greenport home, easy ride or walk to town. We would definitely go back!

Perfect getaway

Very clean house with a secluded backyard. It feels like you’re in your own little world back there. Easy check in and check out. Owner was extremely responsive. House had everything we needed. Very close to the village of Greenport and a small local beach. Something for everyone.

Fall Weekend in Greenport

My wife and I and two close friends spent the weekend at this wonderful property. The location was perfect and had lots of privacy. The home was very clean, extremely well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process and communication with the host was seamless. Overall a perfect weekend, highly recommend.

Greenport House

We had a nice Labor Day Weekend stay. The house was great for our 6 adults. Kitchen and living room were spacious for us to all hang out in. Easy walk/bike into downtown Greenport.
