Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, this oceanfront condo includes one bedroom with a king bed and sofa that converts into a queen size pull bed with memory foam mattress. Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets are provided, along with an iron and storage to help you settle in.

Outdoor living
Enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening in the back sitting with views that span the Atlantic horizon. Slide open the rear glass doors to let the sea breeze flow through the space. Perfect for watching sunrise or winding down after a day by the water. Direct beach access lets you walk easily between the sand and home, bringing the coast to your doorstep. Beach chairs, toys and beach umbrella provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining essentials are ready for use, while the dining table offers a relaxed place to gather and share meals.

Living spaces
The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one bright, airy space. Watch your favorite shows on the 75" 4K HDTV with Fubo TV, streaming over 200+ channels included. (Other streaming services will require guests own credentials), or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan while ocean light fills the room.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk in shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper. A hair dryer is provided for added convenience.

Neighborhood
Located along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo places you near coastal dining, boutique shopping, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are within an easy drive, offering both quiet escapes and local adventure. Free parking for one vehicle and limited additional guest parking available. Keypad self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.
