The large living room is very nice with the south-facing windows of the living room allow you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the high ceiling offering a generous volume. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the dining area and the living room.
The bathroom has a bathtub equipped with a shower column.
The sleeping area is composed of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and the last one with a single bed. Many cupboards are available.
The privileged location of this apartment allows you to walk to all the pleasures of the ciotat: Calanques of Mugel, the beaches, the old port, the old town, its restaurants and shops. You can easily enjoy the night market, the typical Provencal market every Tuesday and buy your fresh fish directly from the fishermen on the docks beautifully renovated in 2019.

A deposit of 900€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.

We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass houses whose construction stretches from the 15th to the 19th century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sidi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours, which will be completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are as much an invitation to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus, parking, shuttle to the green island or the Calanques.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its cut and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanques of Figuerolles, park and Calanques of the Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet Circuit, …

Transport
We put at your disposal a parking space at the indigo “vieux port” car park. If you need additional spaces you can take weekly subscriptions in this car park.
The bus station is a 2-minute walk away and takes you to the beaches or train station.

Other remarks
We provide you with 1 parking space at the Indigo old port car park located 400 m walk away.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
The apartment is on the second floor without elevators.
Arrival times: 4pm -7pm, departure time: 9am – 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
