Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Vacation was fantastic!

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was clean, and the host was very thoughtful in providing some basic essential items that we would need to get us started and the referral list of places to eat and visit was great! Our view of the ocean from our private deck gave us a beautiful view of the sun rise every day. And we had a very short walk right to the beach!

Great Time....

We loved our stay. Great location, great view, and great location. One recommendation more dinnerware and glass offerings. Example no rock glasses and no large serving bowels/plates. But that was minor we loved our time there......

Perfect weekend getaway

We love the oceanfront condo! It was extremely clean and the description was just like the pics! Our son wanted to head to the OBX for his bday and we did just that. Comfortable and Convenient

Located in quiet end of Nags Head... Close to fine restaurants. Closer still to the Ocean. Unobstructed views of sunrises in the morning and stars at night.

Tranquility best describes this place!

Just a wonderful place. Owner answered questions promptly and we didn’t have any issues while we stayed there for the week. The views are amazing and we spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins swim back and forth. And to be able to lay in the king size bed with the ocean sounds and views, just amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise was amazing. We highly recommend and we are looking forward to visiting again.

Location, Location, Location

The condo is in an ideal location...it is off the main road in Nag's Head and directly on the beach with easy beach access. It is a perfect location for driving to the North and South Outer Banks for day trips and is only 15 minutes to Roanoke Island. The balcony is comfortable and the view is great. It is also very quiet in the condo. We did not hear anyone in the other condos.

Perfection on the OBX!

This was a fantastic condo. Spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for me, my wife and our two teens while we visited the Outer Banks. Tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Pride of ownership is apparent in how well things are kept up and the hosts’ communication was top-notch. The primary shower was incredible, the views from the deck outstanding as you are literally just steps from the beach. The location is also great. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and even not too far from Bodie Lighthouse. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing week!

Beautiful condo right on the beach perfect for our family group of 4 adults! Enjoyed the sunrises, coffee, and watching the dolphins and pelicans from the large balcony with seating for 7! Nicely stocked kitchen and convenient charcoal grill allowed us to cook in when we wanted. Great location! Loved the beach and the area!

Great Nags Head condo

We loved being directly on the beach. The condo was a good size, bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. The area of Nags Head that it is located was very nice and a great beach. We stayed in May, which was ideal as not real busy yet. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here.

Online communications could have been better an in person phone call would have been so much easier than three repeat messages saying the same thing that we just didn’t understand.Heat issues that were addressed kept popping up, but other than that are stay was fine.

Such a GREAT place to BEACH!

The location and views of this condo were excellent! Right in the heart of Nags Head - near everything and yet in a quiet area on the beach! The apartment is nicely updated wtih a fully stocked kitchen and updated decor. The floors were sandy - but I know how hard that is to maintain at the beach! The showers had good pressure - the master bedroom bed was comfy! The only issue was the lack of comfort of the two LR chairs and the secondary bedroom mattress. But overall, a wonderful experience. The communication was actually TOO MUCH. So much that I had to really dig through emails/texts to figure out how to get into the apartment and how to check out. But better that than none! Thanks! Would definitely book again.

I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, this one was great! I have never have hosts communicate and respond as quickly as these. It was wonderful to have questions answered within minutes! The new shower in the Master Bedroom is heavenly! The view is fantastic! Loved this property!

Truly perfect

My family (husband, son 3, son 1.5) came to stay in this condo! First time in a condo in obx and it was truly perfect. It was spacious enough for the kids and the view from balcony was everything we wanted! We were located right next to the 1 (out of 2) pools and had the best stay! It was so clean and every one we contacted (Joe, Mike and Lisa) we extremely attentive and fast responding and helpful when we had questions. I can not recommend this place enough. Anytime it’s the 4 of us we will sure to go back and stay here!

Hidden Gem

This property, Paradise Plus, truly is a hidden gem. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two 1/2 year old daughter. The view was fantastic from the condo! We loved that it was on the first floor which is just a short flight of stairs up or accessed easily with the elevator. This made coming and going from the condo easy. Parking was never a concern and everyone we met on the property was extremely nice! We even met one of the care givers, Mr. Mike in person and had a nice chat with him. Communication with Joe. Mike and Lisa was fantastic and they were very quick to respond to messages. As for the unit, it is beautifully updated and has the perfect amount of furniture to make it feel spacious and not cluttered. Attention to location of furniture and how the dining area is set up gives a great flow. The property was very clean as well upon our arrival and checking in and out was a breeze! We loved how short of a walk we had from our unit to the beach especially with a little one and our beach gear. The beach was never over crowded and you could always get a great spot. There are two great pools but spent most of our time in the smaller of the two because it was my daughter’s favorite and bonus just below our condo entrance door so it was easy for one adult to be inside while the other in the pool with our daughter and communicate to each other. My husband and I also loved how close Pier View Condos were to many grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and other locations!

Time with Family

The description of the property is 100% accurate. The building and grounds are well maintained. The pools were spotless. The condo is spacious and the view is breath-taking. It is nicely decorated and quiet. Beach access is only a few steps away. The elevator allowed my 82 year old mother, who has mobility issues, spend quality time with her children and grandchildren who had rented a house nearby. The wagon provided by the condo building made it easy to transport luggage and groceries. Parking was readily available. Restaurants and grocery stores are minutes away and Manteo is close-by for shopping or exploring the Alligator River Natural Wildlife Refuge. We were thrilled with the location and accommodations. Highly recommend!
