We rented this apartment for a while a couple of years back, then around the Covid era we decided to put the renting on hold for a while.
I'm now making it available again, so that's why you won't see any recent reviews for the property, but it's still the same wonderful get-away it always was.

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment located close in to Charlotte downtown. 12 minutes from the Charlotte airport. Complete apartment with access to the boat dock, pier and Kayaks ! Or bring your boat and tie up while you're here.
Large dining table with great view of the lake. Pool table. Wonderful porch with stone arched views. Full apartment with washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms with one queen bed each.
This is the bottom floor of the main house. The main or upstairs MAY BE occupied by the homeowners who live there.

Wonderful stay!

The hosts are wonderful and provide a clean place with awesome ways to relax. We had a few friends stop by during the days.and enjoyed the yard games, covered porch, and dock to hang. It's easy to cook in the kitchen with functional tools! Can't say that for every place... Highly recommend, great experience.

Relaxing lake weekend

Cute little apartment, well-stocked and comfortable. We were greeted with a lovely bowl of fruits and other goodies. Hosts were easily reachable, and responded to all questions quickly. Lovely view of the lake. Kids had a great time swimming, fishing and kayaking.

Absolutely Wonderful

The space was perfect for our 4 people, and the hosts were wonderful. They provided some equipment and games to use and made us feel absolutely at home. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend at the Lake!

We had a really nice stay. Very clean, hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Lakeside Stay

The apartment is a gorgeous lake side residence and just what my boyfriend and I were seeking for our stay in NC. It was the perfect location for quiet mornings by the water and then having the flexibility to drive in to town or the city of Charlotte to explore. Overall the apartment was exceptional and is fully equipped with all household amenities. The owners live above the apartment in the main house and they were nothing but accommodating, hospitable and easy to get in touch with for any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
