Our private 1 Bedroom suite overlooks the river and offers the most amazing view in the resort. Sleeps 4 comfortably, our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals, or enjoy some of our fabulous local dining options in the area. Prefer to order in? The Lodge offers in-room dining for your convenience. Located on the ground floor, our patio is steps from the pool and offers easy access to the pet area and convenient parking.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location on the ground floor near the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. This unit was quiet and clean and the resort at Suncadia cannot be beat. We’ll be back!

Me and my family stayed here for a 2nd time. It’s a great location facing the pool and mountains. Beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. Suncadia restaurant prices can be expensive so it’s nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Close to hiking and biking trails. We love coming here and will likely come back for a visit next year. Room was clean! Host was very responsive!

We had a great time at this Suncadia property. We enjoyed golfing at the Prospector course and the fall colors were gorgeous. We will visit again soon!

Fun family vacation

Lovely space!

This place is lovely! Light-filled, amazing river views, huge bathroom, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the unit as well as our time around the resort. The bar and restaurant are completely renovated and it’s got an airy, modern lodge feel!

Nice getaway!

This is a great location, with everything you could want for a quick weekend or longer vacation. The condo is perfect - well appointed and exactly as pictured. The owners were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating when we needed to make changes to our itinerary. Would definitely stay here next time we come to Suncadia!

Lovely Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was well appointed & clean. Bed was very comfortable. View from condo was beautiful. Wished they had an adult only pool but otherwise all amenities were great. Lucinda was easy to communicate with & a good host.

Great place in a beautiful location!

This condo is perfectly located with a fantastic view! It was quiet and th two patios are a wonderful place to enjoy the view with your coffee, wine, etc. It is elevated above much of the surrounding area, providing some privacy. The unit was clean and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a fantastic extended weekend. We will certainly consider this unit again for future visits to Suncadia!

relaxing and fun

Room was beautifully designed. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but we managed with a hile to the river to cool off. Lucinda was hugely accommodating with solving problems expeditiously and with empathy. She is a great host.

Fit our needs perfectly.

We had a bit of a rocky start as the property was not cleaned when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and made it right, which we really appreciated. The property is as described and I really liked the resort atmosphere. Since it was just my husband and me this time, it was nice to be in a location with other people. I liked being on the ground floor to be able to exit onto the patio rather than through the resort halls. Bed was comfy. Furniture was comfortable. Thanks!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is very comfortable, and had everything we needed with nice extra touches (coffee pods, chargers, makeup wipes…). Fabulous location. We sat out on the grass patio every morning and evening and LOVED the view of the mountains. A!

Love the location of this westward facing room. Seeing the sunsets and easy access to the pool (compared to other locations with balconies or east facing). It would be a perfect condo location with dogs. Bed was very comfortable. There were fewer amenities in the kitchen for cooking (eg- no cooking spray) compared to other condos.
