NYA RÄTTIGHETER FÖR 2019! STORA BON-FIRE PIT, NYA SÄNGAR, NYA Krukor och kokkärl, säkringsboll, PAC MAN-maskin och många andra saker. Hemmet ligger mittemot stranden och har utsikt över sjön från dess stora däck. Det finns en uppvärmd pool och jacuzzi utanför för all din sommarunderhållning. Det finns gott om sittplatser ute med en stor gasgrill, så att dessa sommardagar kan tillbringas slappna av och koppla av med vänner och familj. Oroa dig inte föräldrar, poolen är säkrad med grindar, så att de små inte kan komma in. Gården är också inhägnad. Njut av avkopplande och stekande marshmallows runt eldstaden. Dessutom ingår alla moderna bekvämligheter inklusive WIFI AND CABLE.
Sovrum nr 1 beläget på övre plan har en drottning, sovrum # 2 beläget på övre plan har två tvillingar, sovrum # 3 på övre plan har en kung. Sovrum # 4 ligger på den lägre nivån har en våningssäng med en tvilling på toppen och en drottning på botten samt en extra enkelsäng, sovrum # 5 ligger på den lägre nivån har två drottning sängar.

Du är i en hamnstad där måsarna och de nattliga solnedgångarna är den bästa showen i stan. Det finns många aktiviteter i närheten och promenader i och ut från butikerna är en av de många roliga sakerna att göra. Det finns fler restauranger i en radie på 10 mil än du kan hitta i en stor stad.

In general, the house was great space-wise. The kitchen, pool and hot tub were the standouts, as was the close proximity to New Buffalo downtown and beach. There was plenty of nice space in the lower level. There were a few quality issues, ie, bedroom window blinds not functional, light bulbs out, sheets low quality, But overall a nice space to stay for a large family.

This is my families 4th time at this house and is an annual family tradition.Never disappoints. so many memories made and so many more to come. The owner has always gone above to help accommodate and make our time in New Buffalo amazing.

Everything was smooth. Stuff was prepped and cleaned.The dishes were the only thing that didn’t seem clean so we had to wash them first.Towels and beds were all good though!

The pool and hot tub were fine. The house needed some maintenance. Several kitchen cabinet door hinges were broken. No regular coffee pods. One dishwasher tab. The drawer under the oven door was hanging askew. No batteries for 2 Roku remotes which were dead. Tiny room with king size bed and blinds on one window only. Small hall bathroom with no shampoo, body wash or tissues. Cheesy lawn chairs in the dining room. Poison ivy in the yard. Nice assortment of spices.We have rented in the area for many years. This was the worst house for the money.

June Friend Beach Vacation

Our stay was fabulous. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was a game changer with the kids, there was an abundance of towels, and the private beach was such a perk. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3 to 8, and we would absolutely stay again.

All the water fun

Pool was glorious. Super clean and the perfect temperature. Short walk to a small private beach so no hassle dealing with the public beach. Easy parking and dog friendly. A little further from town but still walkable. We stayed mainly on the upper floor but the lower level would be perfect if you have teens in your group.

Great home!

This house was very well located close to downtown New Buffalo. Pool and hot tub were great. Too bad our weekends weather wasn’t that great, but we had fun. Plenty of room for our group of ten adults.

Great location and amenities

We stayed here for a family vacation and it worked out perfectly. There were enough bedrooms with bed configurations that worked. The pool was the biggest hit. You are close to town and so many more adventures.

Short Family Vacation

My Family had a great stay. We had an issue with this house being double booked but Carie offered the house next door for the same price and it work very well for us. We also had a problem with the air conditioner, again Carie took care of it immediately. Carie definitely went over and beyond to make it a great trip for all of us!

The inside of the house was clean and nicely decorated. The yard had trash around the pool and the lanscaping needs help. You can bearly see the lake from the deck. The private beach was so little. People with mobility issues had no way to take advantage of the beach. Looking for a different place for next time we go to Lake Michigan.

New Buffalo gold

House was exactly as described in the listing. The hot tub was not working for our stay do to a backordered part but we were informed ahead of time. The heated pool was by far the best part of the property for us. We had 4 kids and 10 adults and we used the pool everyday. The private beach you have access to is ok and very rock heavy but it is private to the neighborhood. New Buffalo beach was awesome and worth the money spent for parking and only 5 minutes away by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely would book again. Carie was very prompt with any questions that we had.

Not worth the price tag

This was our third time staying in New Buffalo (an area we love) and our first time at this property. The positives were there is a small neighborhood beach very close by that was nice to walk to and have a look at the water. It's small and rocky but still a nice thing to have. If you want, you can also walk to the main street of shops and restaurants from this house. We enjoyed the large above ground pool, the Pacman game was fun, and the house was big enough for the 9 of us. The cons were that there are many things that need fixed and cleaned up at this property. It seems overall neglected. It was also not very clean. We found moldy old coffee in the coffee pot, the fridge was very gross, there were smears of something sticky on the glass table, and we had several rusty bolts on the deck that we almost stepped on. Some chairs on the deck were almost completely worn through. The king size bed is so high it's hard to get up on and none of the beds were comfortable. The rails for the upper bunk bed were held on with zip ties. Plugs wouldn't stay in most of the outlets because they need replaced. This rental was about 3-4 times as expensive as where we have stayed before, maybe they can charge that because of inflation and demand, but we won't choose this property again.

Family of 12 plus one dog spent 4 nights here. The pool and sauna were clean and very enjoyable . Fire pit was great for s’mores. The dog loved the big fenced yard to run around in. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs' for all of us. TV’s in every bedroom . 2 nice size bathrooms plus a half bath. A few minor issues that were addressed to property manager. Private beach is rocky and very small ( but great for sunsets), better off going to public beach to swim which is close. We always bring our own paper towels and toilet paper (better quality). Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Great place to stay

Overall, very pleased with our experience staying here. Communication prior to arriving was challenging at times but once we arrived it was easy to get a hold of the host when needed. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service during our stay (the host had let me know) but the pool was heated and absolutely perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and waking distance from town. Would highly recommend and stay here again if we make another trip to New Buffalo. Thanks!

Lovely property, close to everything you want or need!

We loved our stay. The home is deceptively large, from the outside you would not believe it has five bedrooms and two living rooms. Seating was plentiful and we loved the heated pool. Definitely would stay here again.
