Magnificent duplex apartment for 5 people located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts.
Spacious, functional and completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business partners.
The apartment has a queen-size bed for two people and a convertible armchair for 1 person with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for two people, TV and WIFI access.

Upon entering the apartment, you'll find:
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 by 200) and a convertible armchair for 1 person,
- a dressing room and storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

First floor:
- living room with 1 double sofa bed (140 x 200),
