"All Decked Out" is the best of the Smoky Mountains, situated 1 mile from Highway 321 Parkway, 6 miles from Gatlinburg and so close to Dollywood, you can even hear the train whistle. Everyone will have their space in this 3,300-square-foot property with all the comforts of home. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of Pigeon Forge. The community pool (open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) is a short walk away.

The Mill and the Creamery are just down the street. Many of the attractions are conveniently accessible from the Parkway. Being in the heart of Pigeon Forge has its advantages! We would love to have you as our guests!

Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
