Welcome to the Corner Cottage! The house is all yours, right in the heart of Mammoth Spring, AR. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a short car ride to Spring River. Self check in with a door code, so you can just walk in, drop your bags and make yourself at home. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. All the amenities of home with a furnished kitchen and washer & dryer. Comfortable place to rest after a fun day on the river.

A perfect spot for a getaway!

This is a great house! It has plenty of space and a huge kitchen and it’s right next to the state park. I highly recommend!

Couldn't stay in the property it was double booked! You helped me get into other property! The reviews for other property are good. Issues were one bathroom for eight people. Kitchen sink backup. But it was ok, we made it work. Thank you, the Millers

Close to everything

Very clean. Super easy check-in and great communications. Walkable to downtown Mammoth Spring and the park area. Everything about the property is exactly as shown and described. It is right next door to other properties, which it doesn’t appear in pics. Again, it is located exactly as described. We just didn’t expect the close proximity of others. Also, the bath with the shower is a Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms. As four adults, this was a little awkward. Hosts were very accommodating. Quickly allowed for a late check-in. Cute, clean property!

Great Stay

This is a great little property with everything we needed, convenient to everything right in town. Owners upgraded with room heaters which was excellent addition. They are also very responsive for any needs or issues. This is not our first stay here and won’t be our last!

Goat was very accommodating. House is spacious and very clean . Also close to everything around Mammoth Springs. I highly recommend this rental.

Great stay!

House was really clean, had lots of space for a family of 6. Fire pit was really nice, beds were super comfortable. We had a great time! Will definitely book again next time i come visit!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Our group just needed a quick overnight and the cottage provided us with comfie couches, an amazing deck, washer and dryer and easy walking access to all the amenities of this cute little town.

Would stay again!

Great location, communication from owners, and clean, comfortable house. Appreciated the kid games and amenities provided. It would be helpful for the back bedroom to have a ceiling or portable fan as it got warm at night. Overall we had an excellent visit and would absolutely stay here again!
