Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this recently completely renovated oceanfront condo at The Oceans! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has a spectacular oceanfront view with a private balcony on the 8th floor.

Your kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, small kitchen appliances and cookware. There is also a kitchen table and chairs in addition to barstools at the bar.

Stay in the large ocean front master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with 2 sinks. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a flat screen TV and a full bath.

Gather round the large screen TV (sofa has queen bed) in the living room where you can also look out over the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. WiFi internet access is available throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s that include internet for watching movies from your favorite streaming app.

Take the elevator downstairs and stroll across the beach and be sure to visit the nearby Cherry Grove Pier on your walk. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on the 4th floor where a clubhouse, large laundry room, and lounge area with complimentary WiFi is also available. Walk over to visit local shops and restaurants, which include a grocery store with a bakery, deli, swimwear clothing, beach games and accessories…even a hardware store.

Drive north to eat at the famous Calabash restaurants and shops or drive south to equally famous Murrel’s Inlet. Great shopping awaits at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet OR take the family to a family style dinner and show at Carolina Opry or Alabama Theater. Kids will appreciate a visit to miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Aquarium, ice cream shops, or movies at the mall. Enjoy multiple golf courses, parasailing, and bike rentals also.

Snowbirds are welcome November thru February. Linens are provided initially but you will need to do laundry after the first week. A $250.00 security deposit, signed rental agreement, and picture of current driver’s license are required.

Perfect size condo for family of 4 adults. Conveniently located with short walk to beach! Elevator and plenty of luggage carts available at anytime came in quite handy. Security codes for entry made you feel safe and without the hassle of a key

Great view and location

What a beautiful, immaculate, oceanfront condo. Beautifully decorated with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Was able to walk anywhere to eat shop and have ice cream. Highly recommend this location and property.

Easter Trip

Great location, beautiful views! The condo was beautifully remodeled. Both balconies are nice, rooms were clean. Nice kitchen and living room. The only things I would stress to the cleaning staff would be actually mopping the floors. Investing in a Spin mop/bucket would be perfect for this place. After my kids ran around for a couple minutes barefoot, I could they weren’t mopped. Tubs also need to be soaked with bleach and scrubbed. Shower liners need changing. My kids loved the place and cried when we were leaving. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Condo for a Beach Trip

This condo has taken the prize for the best condo we've rented using VRBO. It's extremely clean, modern, has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. The location is great - you can walk to several restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. We will be staying here again!

Family getaway!

This property was just as describe and the location was an added bonus being near the IGA and restaurants. Both the condo and the property were very clean and well kept. Owners were great with communication!

Amazing Condo!

This condo is perfectly located in Cherry Grove, walking distance to ice cream, pizza places, grocery store, and a few beach bars and restaurants. Once you park and get situated, toss your car keys aside. If you want to drive, mini golf is not far, along with a ton of beach shops, and Myrtle attractions are 15-20 min away. The condo was super clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The pool was also great! I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.

Great Condo

Love this condo!!! It is by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed at and we have been staying at this location for the last 20 years. Tim and Pam are really nice and answered any questions we had right away. We hope to stay at their condo again.

Week At The Oceans

Loved the condo. Have stayed at The Oceans numerous times, and this is the best yet. The unit was very clean, and you have everything you need to cook! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. You can't beat the location as you're an easy walk to everything you need. 8th floor is great. Great views, and keeps you somewhat isolated from street noises. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing

Wow! This condo was everything and more! This was our first time booking with VRBO and was nervous with the process, but this experience exceeded our expectations! The condo was exactly how the photos were portrayed, it was absolutely spotless clean, check in was easy process and the communication with owners was fast and seamless! We will definitely be back! Conference and the Beach

This was the perfect setting to get away for a virtual conference. My friend and I had a great set up with a great TV to live stream a conference. We also had time to enjoy the beach and balcony. Everything we needed was close by. The owner was in town and was a pleasure to meet.

Awesome beach get-away!

This place is super nice! I took my 89 year old mother and 83 year old aunt for a beach retreat. Condo was very easy for them to navigate - plenty of room. Parking was convenient and views from condo were fantastic. Condo was extremely clean and had sufficient supplies for our stay. Tim was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is right on the beach with restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Great views of the ocean. Property is clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Great Location

Nicely redesigned condo with with great access to the beach, pier, restaurants and even a grocery store! We prefer North Myrtle to get away from the busy streets of downtown and easy access to golf and North Carolina towns too. A truly great find! We have stayed with Tim before (11th floor) and will do so again. However Tim, the knives could be sharpened. : )
