Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- an iron and an ironing board.

Spotless Environment: Our professional housekeeping team will make sure the apartment is pristine upon your arrival and departure, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable environment.

Family-Friendly Services:
For the Little Ones: If you’re traveling with children, let us know in advance if you need a cot or high chair. These are subject to availability with a 72-hour notice. Please note, however, that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: Begin your stay from 2:00 pm onwards.
Early/Late Requests: If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please confirm with us 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
Security Deposit: A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, assuming no damages are reported.

Additional Charges:
Late Check-Out Fee: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of €90.
Smoking Penalty: A fee of €450 will apply if cigarette odors are detected after your stay.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Care: Please do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Noise Control: Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors to avoid any deductions from your deposit.
Building Notice: We are not responsible for any construction activities within the building.

Responsible Usage: Please enjoy our internet service responsibly, avoiding any unauthorized activities. Note that we are not liable for any connection issues.
PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Age Policy:
Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult who meets the requirement. Failure to comply will result in the guest being denied stay, with no refund.
