On the upper floor: large living room with fireplace insert for evenings by the fire - equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, electric oven and microwave - dishwasher, robot) - a beautiful dining area near the kitchen - a games room / TV - a bathroom (shower and bath) - a toilet.
Superb south terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue) to enjoy the beautiful evenings and lunches with family.
On level 2: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 and 2 single beds 90 x 190) - 1 toilet.
