5th floor with lift, in a residence with swimming pool during summer.
50m by foot from the Bettex Gondola Station (skiable domain EVASION MONT BLANC) and 800m from St Gervais village center. Bus stop at Bettex Gondola Station (free bus lines during high season, winter and summer).

A bit of Heaven on earth.

Such a beautiful town and area. We really enjoyed our stay at the end of April. The house is very conveniently located and clean. Great views in every direction. Looking forward to Heaven, but this helps until we arrive their.

Friends trip

Property had amazing views, but not very clean, dishes were under the sink we had to clean coffee machine , it was so dearly . We had to pick up linens and towels from other place 600m away, pay extra. I would rather pay extra for the place and have everything.

Bellissima vacanza ottima posizione

La casa è posizionata perfettamente nel piazzale della telecabina con una vista stupenda sulla piazza e sulle montagne. E' spaziosa e con ottimi elettrodomestici. Manca una caffettiera (tipo nespresso o moka) solo caffè americano e non ci sono tazzine da caffè. Eppure in tutti i bar francesi quando chiedi un caffè ti danno il caffè espresso. La casa non era accuratamente pulita ma forse noi italiani siamo molto esigenti. Siamo stati comodamente in 6 persone, il posto auto nel garage era comodissimo. Migliorerei la descrizione sul sito perché la casa è molto più bella di quella descritta

A great family holiday in the alps

The appartment is perfect. Some areas have low ceilings but even our tallest family members got used to it! The lift up from the cellar parking was great for arrival and departure. The view from the balcony was superb, great for people watching or gazing at the mountains, even when the weather wasn’t perfect. The swimming pool was great for a dip at the end of a busy day of walking, biking or hydro speeding. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location is superb; Petit Casino is a 5 minute walk for stocking up with essentials, a 10 minute walk into St Gervais for meals, drinks and market (on Thursday) and even shorter to the amazing municipal swimming pool with sauna and steam room. The washing machine on the ground floor was great and wet clothes dried easily on the balcony. The property owner, Benoit, was speedy at responding to all my questions. Overall a perfect place to stay for a great holiday.

Fijne vakantieplek op perfecte lokatie!

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin met 6 personen. Alles wat nodig was was aanwezig in het appartement. De lokatie is heel fijn, dicht bij de bakker en 10-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Het zwembad is een enorm pluspunt! Heel veel mooie lange en korte wandelingen zijn te maken binnen 20 minuten rijden met de auto. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig. In- en uitchecken ging makkelijk via het sleutelkastje. Het appartement was netjes toen we binnenkwamen, alleen (de vloeren van) de wc’s ruiken niet zo fris. Al met al een prettige vakantie voor herhaling vatbaar!

Superbe et lumineux appartement

L'appartement est situé à 10mn à pieds des restaurants et boulangeries. Avec la piscine à ses pieds c'est un must pour les fins de journée fatigantes. La communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite et l'appartement est très pratique, tout y est, de plus il paraît plus grand que nous l'imaginions Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr

Séjour Juillet 2024

L'appartement est très agréable, l'accès très simple, et les propriétaires sont très aimables et très réactifs. Super bien localisé, possible d'accéder au village de Saint Gervais par un agréable chemin, en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Vue sur les montagnes depuis le salon, et le balcon Penser à prendre ses draps qui ne sont pas fournis.

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de 2 nuits avec des amis et leur petit chien, dans cet appartement spacieux où rien ne manque, propreté irréprochable, le système d'accès avec la boite à clés à code impeccable, place de parking bien pratique avec l'ascenseur depuis le sous-sol pour monter les bagages. Au calme compte tenu de la période fin mai l'entre deux saisons. Le village est charmant surtout le soir avec les éclairages. Le passage du pont du diable départ indiqué depuis le bas de l'immeuble permet de rejoindre le centre ville à pied en 10 minutes environ, attention grosse descente et grosse remontée mais jolie passage à essayer. Je recommande cette location et remercie Benoit pour sa bienveillance.

Exactly as advertised. Super spot and great base to use for a a multi-resort ski trip. We visited 3 in 4 days and on return to the property each night it had everything we needed. Thank you.

Tout confort a porté de main

Malgré la fin de saison avec des conditions météorologiques mitigé, le logement lui en revanche est parfait, emplacement très pratique surtout avec des enfants, intérieur fonctionnel tout équipé, rien ne manque, confort, espace suffisant, bel agencement, tout y es pour une belle semaine, propriétaire agréable et facile d'échange ! Adresse a garder Merci beaucoup c'était un plaisir !

Fabulous spacious apartment conveniently located next to Gondola for easy mountain access.

This is a great apartment located on the top floor with lots of living space. Built within the eaves, there are areas where you need to watch your head if you are tall. Bedrooms configure as a double, twin and bunk room but the little snug upstairs allows for extra space outside of the bedroom area. There is lots of seating in the living and dining area and a nice balcony with a Mountain View. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and crockery etc. to use. We were a party of 5 so didn’t need to use the pull out bed in the living room so were able to use all the living space without the need for a sleeping area. If you are visiting for mountain activities, you cannot get any closer to the Gondola. I have stayed in this apartment block many times but this is by far the best one I have stayed in yet. There is a bar, restaurant, pizza takeaway, Bolangerie and little tobacconist just across the road and the main town is about a 10 minute walk away where there are a couple of supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and bars. St Gervais is a lovely resort. Not that high so the snow can be very changeable but the ski area is large so we have always found an area to ski. A cleaning company services the apartment - main living areas were clean and tidy but there were a few dusty bits in the nooks and cranny’s but nothing we were worried about. Overall, we had a great week in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone considering to stay.

Super duplex pour super duo rando-piscine !

Nous recherchions un hébergement dans lequel 5 personnes sur 3 générations pourraient facilement cohabiter. Opération réussie! Pouvoir plonger dans la piscine après une bonne rando était un vrai bonheur. Nous avons pu profiter de St Gervais et de son magnifique environnement dans des conditions idéales. Merci aux propriétaires prévenants, précis et réactifs!
