Great Stay

First of all, communication with the owner was responsive, thorough, and accurate. The condo was perfect for my husband, 19 year old son and myself. My son could easily get in and out for snowboarding. And the location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to be. We will definitely be staying here again!

Apologies for the router malfunction while you were there, Jeff, though I was glad to be able to provide you alternative networks from adjacent units. We'll have the router replaced right away, and hope to host you again with your own dedicated router! Until then, safe travels. -Tim

Perfect location right off Ballhooter lift. Can be any easier to get out to ski or inside to warm up and take a break. Great communication with hosts. Clean and nicely done unit.

Great location

Unit was located on first level. clean, cozy, and had everything you need. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to top of slope from unit and ski down. Allegheny springs is right next door where you can buy slope tickets or pool passes for the heated pool. Snowshoe village is about a 4 minute walk away. Host a super responsive and look forward to booking this unit again!

Great Stay in Snowshoe!

Perfect condo for our family vacation in Snowshoe! The view of the slopes from the outside patio is so pretty. From the condo, the walk to the slopes near the Ballhooter lift is very quick and super convenient. The indoor space was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals. The pullout sofa was comfortable for my teenage boys. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable, as well. The communication with the host was excellent! We had all the details we needed before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Snowshoe. Highly recommend!

Property needs an update

The place is in the perfect location, the host is very pleasant and easy to communicate with, we had minor problems that were very fast adjusted. The only issue is that the property is in need of a serious update, with everything, starting from furniture and ending with utilities, floor, walls, etc...I hope that would be done.

It was a pleasure to host you, but I'm honestly perplexed by this review, as this is a well-outfitted and updated unit. Mountain Lodge (the interior common areas) itself could use some updates, but the specific property you stayed in (ML 122: https://gotosnowshoe.com/properties/122-mountain-lodge) is actually quite nice, and doesn't need updating at all. I want to be sure folks who read this review understand that ML 122 is a lovely property as is.

Uneatable location for Snowshoe

Tidy little condo with an amazing location for Snowshoe skiing. Everything you need, nothing you don't, owner was quick to provide us with extra sheets, towels, any extra necessities needed. Lobby and first floor of condo has indoor ice skating, ping pong, and arcade. Bedroom mattress was comfortable. Gray condo, will be renting again.. keep in mind that it's really only good for three people. Tops, gets tight with any more than that.

Nice but...

The unit was smaller than expected. Clean overall with the exception of blankets for the pull-out. They were rolled up and stuffed in a closet, probably not cleaned. Went to the front desk but they did not have extras. Said she would have housekeeping drop off the next morning, which never happened. Location in the resort is great. Tim & Mara , property managers, were super responsive to any requests.

Thanks for staying with us, Chris! We don't stock dirty linens or blankets, but we'd have been happy to bring you replacements if you had let us know you needed them. We have our own cleaning crew, so we always remind Guests not to go to the front desk for any issues (such as additional blankets) they may encounter in the condo, but to let us know instead so we can promptly resolve them. We look forward to the opportunity to accommodate you in the future! -Tim
