Welcome to your private luxury retreat on Lake Blue Ridge — a 9,000 sq. ft. custom-designed lodge perfect for family vacations, retreats, and year-round mountain getaways. Located on one of the most pristine sections of the lake, this home offers stunning panoramic lake and mountain views, luxurious interiors, and endless indoor/outdoor amenities.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, gather on the expansive covered porches, relax in the lakeside heated pool and spa, or watch movies in one of two private theaters. The home’s open design, vaulted wood ceilings, and stacked-stone fireplaces create the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern luxury.

No outside vendors or events without prior written approval

No weddings or large gatherings unless approved

No smoking inside home or on dock

No firearms, weapons, or fireworks allowed on property

Guests financially responsible for any damages or violations

It's amazing that 30 ppl can be in a home and not feel crowded! This home is perfect for family get togethers or couple's retreats; there is something for everyone. The view is immaculate and peaceful while the hot tub provides next level relaxation! The host was also super responsive to any and all requests. A Family Getaway tha holds lifetime memories

We recently stayed at the Kristy Collection property in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and it was nothing short of amazing. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we created memories that we will cherish forever.The setting was absolutely perfect for a family gathering – our grandkids had a blast playing with their cousins, and the atmosphere truly encouraged bonding and fun for all ages. From the beautiful pool to the video games, pinball machines, pool table, and movie room – there was something for everyone to enjoy. Every detail in the home helped make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and full of laughter.One small suggestion for future guests would be to consider using unscented laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. A few of us have sensitivities to strong scents and needed to rewash them the first night, but it was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the incredible experience we had.Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property with us – we would absolutely love to return!We hope we left everything in good shape!

A great Christmas getaway.

The property was exactly as stated. Everything was in working order when we arrived. The pool (we had heated) and hot tub were amazing for this time of year. We really liked that the house wasn’t over-decorated. We didn’t have to stress over something getting knocked off an end table and breaking. We would definitely stay again.

Girl Family Trip

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the property manager and our overall experience! This house is BEAUTIFUL and has all that you could need for your stay whether it is short or long. We had a large group and everyone had more than enough room, even when we all came together to eat or do something as a big group. We all agreed that we will be booking this house for our future trips!

Great property for a family weekend

There were so many activities for our family weekend. There were 20 of us ranging in age from 7 months to 70 yrs. Plenty of room to gather for meals and also lots of spaces for various activities. The kids especially enjoyed having their own space in the bunk room. The pool, hot tub and lake access on the dock made for a very fun afternoon.

Our family loved our time at this property. The kids lived in the pool and down at the dock and loved the movie room and the games. The adults loved all the spaces to relax and watch the lake and the sunset. So much to do at the house. When we did want to go off property - lots of options for things to do in about a 30 minute drive. Thank you!
