Welcome to this studio for short-term rental.
Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, CLOSE to the lake and bike path, and only 20 minutes drive from Annecy.
This village on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves its name of "Pearl of the Lake". Adjoining St Jorioz, the town of Duingt, offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. The bike path from Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and allows to connect the villages along the lake by bike very easily. Several shops are located in Duingt: a supermarket, a bakery, a tobacco-press, very good restaurants . The rental is 200 m "Duingt beach", 4 km from the Golf Resort "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the city of Annecy", 5 km from the super market "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz)", 58 km from the airport "AĂ©roport de GenĂšve Cointrin", 9 km from the train station "Gare TGV d'Annecy", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends. Duingt is obviously an excellent base for a pleasant summer or winter holiday...
Thanks to its 28m2 and the quality of the chosen services you have everything at your disposal to fully enjoy the property as if you were at home.
Ideally located 600m from the lake, 100m from the bike path and at the foot of the Taillefer you are both close to all amenities while being quiet.
The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
We want you to take full advantage of your holiday, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are done.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
The household includes:
- Cleaning floors, surfaces and windows;
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilet
- disinfection of the dwelling
The household does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and equipment for housing
- removal of foodstuffs from the refrigerator
Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
