Located near the Val de la Sioule, a category 1 river, the "Verger du Pas de la Sioule" has been carefully renovated by Maryline and Jacques, the owners, who will be pleased to welcome you to their charming property.
This cottage is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. You'll enjoy the large green space and its orchard, the pergola, lounging on the sun loungers, or the covered courtyard for meals or simply relaxing.

In spring 2023, a 5-seater spa, shared by the cottage and the owners, was installed near the orchard, in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Without changing the rental rates, optional packages specific to its use are available (€9 for a 30-minute discovery session, €15 for an hour, €24 for 2 hours, €55 for a 5-hour subscription, etc., spread over several days). Booking schedules and payment are to be made on site to the owners upon arrival. A treatment and disinfection cycle is performed between each family user.
Maryline offers massages and magnetotherapy sessions (stress, back, joints, sleep, etc.), as well as advice on nutrition and stress management, naturopathy, reflexology, and relaxation sessions. Information and rates are available from the owner.

On the raised ground floor, the living area integrates the well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and lounge area, creating a cozy atmosphere. There is a shower room/toilet.
Upstairs, you arrive in the large mezzanine bedroom (two 90 cm beds that can be combined to form a 180 x 200 cm bed). From this master bedroom, you access a smaller 6 m² bedroom (90 x 200 cm bunk beds, more suitable for children).

Charroux, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France, is 6 km away; Paléopolis in Gannat is 10 km away. Vulcania and Lemptegy are 55 minutes away. Small dog welcome: upon prior arrangement with the owner.
