This rental had everything we needed for a short stay! Property was very clean, which is always important and appreciated. Bed was comfortable as well. Small bathroom, but water pressure in the shower was great. Location was convenient. We utilized the Jolly Trolley once, and there was a stop directly in front of the property's entrance.It was also really nice to have access to bikes. We biked to Clearwater Beach one day and Honeymoon Island the next. I was unfamiliar with the area, so when I booked this property listed as "waterfront," I didn't realize it wasn't actually on the beach. The property's pool and hot tub were nice, but they closed at dusk, which we thought was a bit too early, especially since the bar on site stayed open much later. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Great location with 1 mile walking trail to downtown Dunedin just minutes away. We enjoyed the members pool everyday and beautiful sunsets. The Tiki Bar team was great and so convenient to have an onsite food option. The unit is small, but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable! It was very easy to communicate with May the host.

You can see the ocean from the balcony. I enjoyed how the balcony was tucked away so you still felt secluded. Very clean and perfect size for a couples getaway.
