Classic Beach Cottage on Oceanside of Wrightsville Beach -Lower Level

Seaview/Lower level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on the bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Upper Unit is also available on VRBO#2039746.

The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.

Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.

Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

My husband and 9 month old and I came for a long weekend celebrating our anniversary and loved staying at this condo! We were able to walk to everything and the place was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

The place was cute as a button, clean and had every single thing we needed. Comfy beds too! The location was amazing- we walked to almost every meal and the c-store that was a couple blocks away. Beach access was right at the end of the street. The house manager was easy to work with and had great communication. We will certainly stay here again!

Cozy beach cottage w/ walkability to food and beach

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It was impeccably clean with updated interior and appliances, floors spotless without sand, and the outdoor shower was so lovely. You can't beat the location--the street itself is very quiet, but you are a 3 minute walk to the beach or the tasty coffee shop on the main road. We will back, thank you!

Cute and Clean!

We booked our trip to Wrightsville Beach at the last minute and were so lucky to find such a cute place! The cottage was very clean and it was super easy to check in. The cottage is also located just a short walk to the beach and included all the beach necessities (wagon, umbrella, chairs). Highly recommend!

GREAT RENTAL

We loved it! It was VERY clean, everything is provided (linens, supplies, beach chairs, wagon). We enjoyed the porch swing and rocking chairs on the porch! The location is AWESOME! Beach access on the same street and walking distance to all the local food, coffee and Roberts grocery. Could not have asked for a more quaint place to spend a weekend!

Convenient & Cute

Loved our spontaneous Wrightsville weekend in this cute house that was a great fit for my 21-year-old daughter and me. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, used the beach umbrella, had drinks on the porch and walked to South Beach for lunch & dinner.

This is a pristine, beautiful peaceful home and location. Steps from both beach and bay. Everything you could need is walking distance. My only regret is not staying longer but coming back at the earliest! Thank you Melanie!

Close to the beach and you’ll love the extras

2 minute walk to the beach is always great and I love how we could store our beach stuff in the carport. Also, lots of extra beach stuff in the carport. You’ll love the outdoor shower and the property owner is very quick to get back to you if you have any questions. We will be back!!!

Great Beach Hospitality

We loved this cozy beach condo. We felt so welcomed by a handwritten note from the property manager, the cleanliness, beautiful decor & all extras (paper goods, hand soaps, trash bags, shampoo, cooking spices, dishwasher detergent, etc). It was so nice to have the beach wagon, beach chairs & umbrella. It made the short walk to the beach a breeze. We enjoyed the covered porch in the evenings & the shared washer and dryer was convenient, too. There are also a handful of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like driving. This I was a great quiet getaway for our family.

Family vacations

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Great location, very beautiful and clean %, beach, restaurant, convenient store, coffee shops, ice cream shop, souvenir stores, all these are a walking distance from the apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay here. Just like you see it on the website. Amazing, amazing! My family enjoyed it, and we will come back here next year, God willing!
