Come and enjoy the fresh air of the Massif de Sancy, and its sublime views of the Chaine des Puys, by staying in this flat that can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Located in La Bourboule, the flat consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the enclosed and shared garden of 200 mÂČ. Private parking. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning to be done before departure.

Located on the 1st floor of a house with two flats, the accommodation is as follows:
- Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 4 people.
- Kitchen open to the living room: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm.
- Bedroom 2: a single bunk bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
Outside :
- Fenced and shared garden of 200 mÂČ. The garden is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and can be shared with the ground floor tenants.

- Ski hire shop.
- La Bourboule Aqualudic Centre at 10 minutes walk.

La Bourboule is built along the banks of the Dordogne, at an altitude of 850m. A small town with Belle Ăpoque charm, surrounded by greenery, it offers a few steps from a lively town centre, numerous hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tourist routes.

- La Bourboule train station is 2 minutes away by car.
- Free shuttle buses pass in front of the accommodation to get to the slopes.
