Gorgeous, bright and spacious Second floor unit. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths overlooking the Ogunquit River estuary and views of the ocean over the horizon. Just a short walk to the famous Footbridge Beach and North Oqunquit Beach and a short car ride to the Ogunquit Beach. Both rated top 10 beaches by Trip Advisor. Wake up to the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee on the private porch. Take a walk next door to rent kayaks and enjoy the day on the estuary. Or leave your car behind and walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries. Or stay in and cool off in the heated salt water pool. Located just yards of the trolley stop and just a short drive to Kennebunkport and York as well as many other popular Maine Destinations.

Great location, lovely condo

Easy access to communities North and South, as well as interesting places to visit (e.g. Ogunquit Art Museum, boat ride out of Perkins Cove, Rachel Carlson Reserve, concert at Vinegar Hill Theater).

Great stay!

Our family looks forward to our August trip to Wells every year. The condo looked exactly like the pictures - and absolutely spotless and super spacious. While the weather didn’t cooperate, the amenities with the deck and pool were super convenient and a joy to have at our fingertips! The gym was also a plus! Kerri was easy to contact and very responsive and accommodating! Thank you again!

Charming family getaway

This is our 2nd time and will probably do it again! It has everything you need along with a pool and great location. Very clean and quiet. The floor plan was made for a family vacation. Kerri is just the best to communicate with and that makes it very easy. Thank you!

Peaceful & Relaxing

Property is lovely and spacious perfect for our family especially as we had teens with us. They enjoyed having the extra space upstairs to lounge. Kerri provides lots of nice little extras (stocked kitchen with spices and other necessities). Having stayed at hotels in the area it was nice to have only a few people at the pool. Great location to visit beaches and other towns. Kerri was great and very responsive throughout the process. We hope to come again!

Another amazing vacation!

Back again for another family vacation. Kerri was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She had a couple of new toys for our son upon arrival that he loved - thanks Kerri! The property itself is spacious and well maintained. The pool is kid friendly and our son spent hours in it! There are lots of local attractions close by. If you are looking for a weekend getaway I would definitely recommend this property! We plan on returning again next year!

Great stay for families

My family of 5 was very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was as described and pictured. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was not very busy - they often had it to themselves (we were there on weekdays in late June). Great location for visiting nearby towns along the coast.

Beautiful 3 bedroom property. Exactly as pictured and described on line. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and hope to return in 2025. Beautiful pool on site. Great location in Wells. This property is beautifully maintained with lovely lawns and pots of flowers throughout. Our condo was super clean and had everything we could possibly need for our ten-day stay in September.

Location location!

This was truly one of the best places we have stayed in ever. The condo was immaculate and Kerri answers all questions promptly. It very close to wells and ogunquit. You have many beach choice’s and restaurants. The way the condo is set up is perfect for families and spacious. When we come back to Maine it will be back there for sure. Oh the pool was great too!

Perfect for family week

With three bedrooms and one on the first floor with a bathroom, this was perfect for a multi-generational stay. Perfect location for a day trip to Portsmouth and Portland and the pool was wonderful for an afternoon activity. We will be back.

Beach trip!

Perfect getaway

Another great stay in Wells!

This was our second stay at the condo and it was another great Maine vacation. We love the location of this property as it’s close the Ogunquit village, many beaches and restaurants. The owner is great, always available and responsive as needed.

Great Spot!!

Wells, ME vacation

Once a year three of my friends and I plan a vacation. The condo itself was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate. We also liked starting and ending the day out on the porch due to the fact we could see the ocean. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach. We also liked that we were near the shops to do some shopping. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we have ever had. I would definitely give you a 5 star. Beautiful Condo - Great Vacation

Beautiful condo. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Nice view from the deck, which overlooks the pool. We enjoyed the gym and the pool. We appreciated the extras at the condo — coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Kleenex, etc. — thank you for your generosity, Kerri, and your responsiveness. Great property for families

We had a great time! This was our 3rd year back at this property. Our 3 year old son loves the pool! The location is great! Close to so many attractions. If you are looking to get away would definitely recommend staying here. Kerri is great to deal with a very responsive! We look forward to returning again next year!

So much space!

Beautiful, clean condo with lots of space!! Nice view from deck overlooking the pool. Walkable, but there is a lot of traffic. Communication with owner was great! Everything we needed was there.

Amazing place

This rental was just amazing!!! It is beautiful inside and well maintained. The communication with the owners was on point. Really made our stay comfortable and has slot to offer with the rental. Gym, common area next to pool was clean and cozy. Didn’t use the pool but it was extremely clean. Overall I recommend this property and give it a definite 5 stars!!!!!
