On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. The living area with comfortable seating area is open to the dining room and kitchen. Extra high ceilings and an open floor plan make the space seem quite spacious and inviting. Big screen smart TV with lots of streaming options. Queen size pillow top extra comfortable bed. Ultra modern bathroom with big walk in shower. And a private courtyard with seating!

Perfect location for a Savannah vacation for 2!

This space is ideal for a couple looking for an easy getaway. Much of downtown Savannah is within walking distance. Easy coming and going, and parking is not a problem.

Anniversary Getaway

This is a great property for a couple for a quick getaway to Savannah! It was the perfect space for two and within walking distance to all of our favorite places. We would definitely stay again for our next trip!

Great location, cozy vibes

My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again.

Great location and a short walk to Clary's. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and nicely updated. Vinyl collection and record player were a fun touch! Our host Cindy was very responsive, professional and kind.

Sweet Spot!`

The minute we opened the door, we new we had hit the VRBO jackpot! The unit was just as pictured (and even better). Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and great living space. Loved the small, outside courtyard! Super location and walkable to all downtown Savannah sites. Would definitely book again for our next stay!

Beautiful quiet cottage on the corner in walking distance to everything.

My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay here, and we'll be sure to return. The owner, Cindy, was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions or needs. The property is a few blocks away from Forsyth park. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. It’s unique in the way it’s laid out, the furnishings are comfortable. To get to most restaurants it’s about a 15-20 minute walk.

Perfect place, perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was the perfect size for the two of us. We had plenty of Tom to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We loved the back patio and the record player. It was also really nice to pop in a load of laundry. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to e wry thing and only used our car for excursions to Tybee Island, The Wyld, and one night when it rained. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can!

Excellent stay at a great location!

We loved the decor, size, layout and location of our unit. So easy to get to all the best restaurants, sites and parks. The bed was the negative of our stay. Not user friendly. Major back pain daily. Small little improvements could easily be added to the unit. Everything else was super though and we would recommend to everyone.

Our stay was fun and eventful. I fixed 2 minor items that needed a little TLC. The key lockbox needed a little lubrication and the icemaker was not working. I fixed both and Cindy graciously gave us a nice refund. The 2nd day of our stay I suffered a medical emergency and landed in the hospital for 2 nights. Luckily, Cindy had a vacancy and we were able to stay one extra day so that we did not have to check out in a rush. Throughout our stay, Cindy was very responsive and great to work with. If we ever get back to Savannah, we would definitely look into staying here again.

We had a wonderful time

We tried to make this trip a few years ago but Covid got in the way. Finally got to Savannah and it was worth the wait. The property is very well located, just a few blocks walk to some very nice restaurants, pubs and shopping. When you look at the map, the riverfront area looks a long walk away. It's really closer than it looks. Great to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. The riverfront area is a bustling place, so it is nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood away from that. The VROB is very well set up. The phots tell the whole story. Full kitchen with all the appliances you would expect. The bedroom is very comfortable. The small outdoor patio is fine for 2-4 people, but not much more. Parking is hit or miss, but if you pay attention, you can get a spot close to the unit pretty fast. Otherwise, you will easily find a spot no more than a block away. We always felt safe in this place. ENJOY!

I love this property because of its superb historic district location. Close to everything but a little off the beaten path in a quieter side of downtown. This space is so open and airy with a comfortable courtyard space too. Perfect for short term or long term getaway.
