This house sits above a detached garage and is located in the Palouse Hills 10 minutes from downtown Moscow, near Moscow Mountain, and overlooking wheat fields. Enjoy a sense of space & privacy in a scenic country setting. Located on beautiful, tree lined road with Moscow Mountain nearby for great hiking & biking. Must be age 25 years or older to book. The main farmhouse, the nearest neighbor, is about 65 feet from the garage, which gives a sense of elbow room not easily found in the city! This home has easy, level access off of West Twin Road. The last 1/2 mile is an improved gravel road road, which is maintained and snow plowed by the county during the winter months. Driving to the Palouse Guest House is peaceful with picturesque views of farm houses & Moscow Mountain. More importantly, the drive is nearly level, which makes for easier driving during winter months. The PGH & neighboring farmhouse both share a short driveway with a large parking area that separates the two homes.

Wonderful, quiet apartment

Owners were quick at communicating. We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The apartment was so cozy, felt like we were in a little cabin with all the beautiful wood walls and door. It also was close to town. We would love to come Back!

Rich and Lisa are fantastic hosts! We enjoyed the apartment which is a separate unit on their property. They were so respectful of our privacy and were terrific at addressing any issues that we had.

Different, distant, delightful!

If you love being out in the midst of farm land, with rolling hills all around, you'll love this place. It is remarkably well appointed with a full kitchen and comfy bed. Perfect for us.

Nice place to stay for visit to WSU

Nice, quiet studio apartment for quick visit to drop kid off at WSU. It was very nice not to be in the middle of either Moscow or Pullman, but to be close enough to pop into either town for a visit. Rich was very responsive to my questions, and fixed issues as quickly as possible.

We bought the Palouse Farmhouse because of its great location 10 minutes from downtown Moscow and just down the road from Moscow Mountain.
