Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, laundry room in extension, dining room opening onto the terrace, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and access by passageway. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large library lounge. Enjoy a high-end digital piano, a library of sheet music, a large screen with DVD player, video library and board games. In winter a large stove will warm your evenings. Pétanque court.
