Beautiful contemporary villa Mougins with swimming pool near Cannes
A sunny break in a house where it is good to live, swim and laze: this is how our house is described by holidaymakers who have been lucky enough to come there.
The location is ideal: a few minutes from the center of Cannes, the beautiful village of Mougins, the beaches of the Côte d'Azur, you can enjoy the local markets, the Provencal villages, the Croisette and its festivals, restaurants and brasseries.
THE GARDEN AND THE POOL
You can enjoy a landscaped garden of 1400 m² with automatic watering. The gardener comes by once a week to maintain it.
During the winter season, you can enjoy tangerines, grapefruits, oranges and lemons. In spring and summer you can admire the many varieties of flowers.
To relax and swim, come and enjoy the 10 m * 4 m swimming pool with a 60 m² beach (with alarm). The pool specialist comes twice a week for perfect cleanliness and hygiene.
A summer kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle will be a plus for your lazy afternoons.
In the evening, you can enjoy the mood lighting in the garden which gives the whole an atmosphere of zenitude.
THE TERRACE
From the terrace of the house (100 m²), the view is magical over the hills of the Estérel. You will be able to witness very beautiful sunsets. The environment is calm. You can have your lunches and aperitifs there with family or friends, in the sun or in the shade. A very comfortable garden furniture invites you to laze around or read.
The exposure of the house and the landscaped garden is due south, that is to say sun all day. No vis-à-vis will disturb your privacy.
THE HOUSE
According to holidaymakers, a very warm and tastefully decorated house.
Behind the front door, you will discover a very bright living / dining room of 50 m² with direct access to the terrace: French windows and windows to the south, east, west and north allow you to enjoy the vegetation. A 4K flat screen.
At the living room level,
• A 20 m² parental suite opening directly onto the terrace - 1.80 m bed - spacious storage. Private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, bathtub (with a view of the garden) and toilet. Flat screen.
• A fully equipped and modern kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. The kitchen has direct access to the parking lot (handy for shopping). In a small pantry adjoining the kitchen, are the washing machine and dryer.
• Guest toilets with separate hand-washing facilities.
On the lower level (pool level):
2 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and garden:
• - 1 bedroom of 15 m² (1.60 m bed), storage + adjoining walk-in shower and basin
• - 1 bedroom of 20 m² (1.40 m bed), storage + adjoining walk-in shower and basin
o Independent toilets at the level of these rooms.
o Flat screen in each room
• 1 bedroom of 20 m² with access from the outside: a comfortable convertible sofa, storage space, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
