Ian was very accommodating as we had some unusual circumstances during our stay. His help made our trip just that much easier and the property was just wonderful to stay in. We would go back there anytime.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

Gillade: Kommunikation och plats
Host was very cooperative. But I was very put off by all the rules/fines about tenant behavior while at the same time the kitichen sink was NOT functioning the entire 7 day stay. Thought it ironic that a fine would be levied if I used a white towel to remove makeup and landlord had provided a filthy looking black cloth to use. Note: white cloth was rag.Superb location, quiet building, lock box access was a problem.

Here to support family

The check-in instructions were thorough but the entry wasn’t as explained. The owners were very responsive and the apartment was perfect for our need.

Great Location within Walking Distance of the Village

Overall, this property was wonderful. It was clean, nicely appointed, and in a very quiet building. The check in and check out procedures were seamless. Ian was so nice and very responsive whenever we had any questions. If your travels take you to Wauwatosa or anywhere near there, I highly recommend this rental. You are literally within blocks of all that Wauwatosa has to offer.

Cozy Spot in 'Tosa

This location is in a nice, accessible area. Overall, it was comfortable apartment stay within an apartment building, located on the backside of the building which deflects the road traffic noise and frequent trains. It is walking distance to local restaurant venues, walking trails, and ball fields. For cooling, the apartment has one window AC unit in the living room, and no AC unit in the bedroom. Fortunately, the days were cooler during my stay, and there was a fan to use at night. The host was very attentive with messaging and ensuring everything was acceptable in the unit.

Perfect for out of state employees!

We booked this location for our employee that was traveling from Germany. It was an excellent location for anyone that is here short-term, but would like to have an "at home" feel! Definitely will be back soon!!
