Seaside Serenity Oceanfront Pool Home

Enjoy breathtaking views of your private beach access from the Seaside Serenity Beach House. Featuring a pool, hot tub, and a sunrise deck, you will have views galore. There are two houses on the property, both are included in your rental. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room. The guesthouse has 2 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, giant living room, a kitchen and a breakfast nook. Both units have laundry.

Ring cameras located at front door and on back of house.

House has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. Fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens and everything you need-just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. Pool can be heated (additional charge $90 per day must be paid for entire stay). You have private beach access so walk out the back yard and put your toes in the sand while enjoying sunny Florida.

Great location! Loved the pool and backyard! Easy beach access. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint was the road noise in the front two bedrooms close to the street.

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is even better than the pictures show. Any questions we had were handled quickly by management. Pool was clean and hot tub worked great! The deck is perfect right by the beach! The property was very quiet at night. Having both houses made it great to be able to spread everyone out with plenty of room. The guesthouse has a great ocean view from the deck as well! We will be back for sure! Thank you Salty Dog for everything!

Pretty much perfect.

This was our second stay at this property, first stay coming way back in 2006. The new owners have decorated the property very nicely, and with more updates to come it will only get better. We had a total of 10 for this trip and this property was able to accommodate everyone with room to spare. What more could you ask for than a beachfront house with a pool AND hot tub? Just a perfect location. We had one small issue with the cable when we arrived. The property manager was quick to respond and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes.

Great beach house for our family. The heated pool was wonderful and we enjoyed being right on the beach. The carriage house was great for Grandma to have her own space away from the chaos. Walking distance to some fun shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would comeback. The rental agency dealt with our minor problem quickly and efficiently!

Great location

Great location for enjoying the pool and the beach. The beach was practically empty in front of the house. The house was clean and well stocked for kitchen supplies. We had a great trip.

We had an awesome week with family. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the pool location for the kids. Very continent. Such a beautiful view. We will for sure be back.

With eight adults in the homes we used all the beds. Only half were good. I had to clear the decorative stuff off the tables so that we could eat and off other surfaces so that we could put our toiletries, toys, dog supplies and food somewhere. All appliances worked. Water was hot. TV’s and WiFi was great. Security was good. Getting up and down the steep front steps was scarey. It was hard to use the railing with decorative stuff on the steps. Upholstered furniture was old and worn. Recliner sofa didn’t recline. Sofa bed in apartment was broken and had be fixed. Curtains in apartment didn’t close completely or were absent letting light through. Ensuit bathroom needs major upgrade to fix water leaks, rust, broken floor

Better views than the pictures can show

This was a great place to stay with different aged family members. Our group of 12 had plenty of room to get together and plenty of room to stay away. Hot tub was hot air conditioning was cold awesome pool, private beachfront deck and fully stocked with everything you need to boogie board on the waves sit on the beach, play in the pool tons of seating excellent beds, clean towels, hot showers. I’m sure I’m forgetting something but you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing location & Great accommodations!

We had a 7 night stay and we loved every bit of it! There were 14 of us, ranging from 6-67, and no one was disappointed! We loved having the beach just steps away, and having the pool & hot tub as well! The A/C was on point and definitely kept us nice and cold 🙂 Overall, this was a fantastic experience! We come to Ormond often, and definitely hope to visit this property again as well!

This property is everything it says and more. We have found our perfect spot for vacations. We lo Ed the house, the pool, the fire pit and the beach in your backdoor! Can't ask.for.anytjing better. Everything you need is right there. We usually dine out at night but ended up staying in because the pool is the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy dinner on the deck after a hot day at the beach..Krista is amazing and gets right back to you if you need anything or have a question.

Awesome beach house

This beach house was all we could have asked for. The house was clean, the beds/bedding were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The pool/spa area was a bonus plus the deck overlooking the beach was a great morning coffee place. The beach was a few steps away and was not crowded. I would whole heartedly recommend this house.
