• Bike, kayaks, toys, beach chairs and more fill the garage for your use! There are four kayaks with life jackets and paddles and bicycles with helmets for your use.
• Enjoy the expansive decks, one at the water’s edge, with beautiful Adirondack chairs. The decks can be accessed from the Sunroom and Master Bedroom Suite.
• Enjoy BBQing with the grill or perhaps using the outdoor lobster pot, or even pack the beach wagon for an outdoor adventure – all included for your enjoyment!
Inside Details:
• Once inside the front door, enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, 25’ vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking directly out at the ocean in the backyard.
• The fully stocked kitchen with plentiful counterspace offers everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.
• The sunroom offers a casual area to play games, do a puzzle, enjoy a meal, etc. all while having full ocean views.
• The large master suite has a king-size bed, SmartTV with DVD player, walk-in closet, large jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
• Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds and SmartTVs .
• The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a SmartTV and PS2.
• The spacious living area has plenty of seating where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the 50” TV and DVD player all in front of the gas fireplace!
• From all your adventures, there is a new full-size top load washer and dryer as well as a utility sink in the laundry room located in the hallway to the garage.
• The home sleeps up to nine people: 2 in the primary, 2 per each of the 3 queen beds, one per the twin daybed located in the open loft, and there is one pack n’ play for babies. There is also an air mattress for your convenience.
• The home has enough bed linens, bathroom towels and beach towels for all!
• The house is atmosphere is controlled by a geo-thermal heating/cooling system as well as an energy efficient heat/air conditioner pump for your comfort.

The home is located down a quintessential PEI gravel road. We recommend to winter and spring renters to have an all-wheel drive vehicle when visiting “just in case” during spring thaw.

Fantastic beachside cottage

Loved our stay - beautiful part of PEI just a short drive from Summerside. Cottage was spacious and a very quick walk to the beach. We would be excited to come back!

Elevated our lifestyle!

We were a group of 6 adults (moms/daughters/cousins). So many great aspects to this place - all beds were comfortable - seating areas/dining/outdoor decks were spacious and comfortable - large well equipped kitchen - clear written instructions throughout the house on how things are used/operated - quiet neighborhood - amazing views - appreciated the welcome gift ❤️ The house was homey and comfortable and the owners definitely have put a lot of thought into the needs of the people who are staying there. It is a wonderful getaway spot for families/friends.

Perfect PEI getaway

We could not have been happier with our stay. We were looking for a property that could accommodate our family of 4 and a set of grandparents. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, bright, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our week there. We were able to relax and enjoy a week together and loved the beach, the warm water and the kayaks.

PEI vacation

Beautiful house right on the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait... Or perhaps it has a different name. The house is awesome and the owners really want to ensure that it is kept up. Red sand beaches, access to kayaks, bikes and so much more. One day is like to return it was that good.

Wonderful Weekend

We stayed at Warm Waters Landing on Strang Rd, St Nicholas for the weekend of June 7-10 2024. Our son and new daughter-in-law were married on June 8th in nearby Cap-Egmont. This home is welcoming, so tranquil and beautifully designed. Emily and Joe gracious and patient as we fumbled through unlocking the front door. :-) Although we were older adults on a busy weekend, we did notice that the home is accommodating for younger families - bikes, water craft, various lawn games. Also, at the end of a long exciting day, we appreciated the comfortable furniture and beds. My favourite entertainment on the property was sitting on the deck watching the aerial antics of the bank swallows who put on daily shows that would rival the CAF Snowbirds. We had a wonderful weekend. The Carsons

Very Clean

We have stayed at VRBO home and condos for over 20 years. This is one of the cleanest homes ever ! Also one of the best stocked homes in the kitchen and outdoor activities.

Deck at and stairs to the beach are open to the public!

The deck at and stairs to the beach are not private, they are used by everyone!! I knew that the beach was shared, but I expected the deck and stairs on the property to be for our use only. It was very disconcerting to constantly have people walking beside the house and across the backyard (at all hours) to use the stairs to the beach. We never used the deck at the beach as other people were often using it. There were even a couple times we couldn't park in the driveway when we got home from sightseeing! Because the driveway was full of or access to blocked by cars. I thought the per day cleaning fee was a for two people. Especially when considering I had to wash all the kitchen towels because they were musty, clean hair out of both showers before we could use them, and sweep all the debris / dead bugs from underneath the living room chairs. You have to do at least one load of laundry for them, as you can't wash the beach towels with the rest of the towels. So although they say just start a load of towels before you leave in the morning, you are forced to do at least one load of laundry. On the plus side, it is an absolutely beautiful house in a fabulous location. Easy to get anywhere to the island in a day from that location (Charlottetown, Green Gables, etc). If you are planning to spend a lot of time on the east side of the island, I wouldn't recommend staying here as it is a bit longer drive.

Paradise in PEI

This home suited our families perfectly (6 adults and a 2 and 4 year old). The house is spacious and well-equipped. Even rainy days were enjoyable with the spectacular views and the glassed-in porch for activities. The location on the west side of the island allows for easy trips to some spectacular beaches like Thunder Cove, Cabot Beach, a fun trip to see the Beach Goats and a nice day in Charlottetown. We loved staying home though. The kids really enjoyed soccer and games on the huge lawn and the low tide walks were magical. While mosquitos were nasty when we got there due to the wet Atlantic summer, once the lawns were sprayed we fully enjoyed the outside. We were lucky enough to experience the September Super Moon there and it was spectacular! We highly recommend this home if you’re looking for beauty and quiet, and a fun, safe environment for the kids. The house is equipped with lots of outdoors toys, kayaks, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything. We’d go back in a flash.

Dream vacation at a dream spot

My family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 10) stayed at Emily and Jo's for a week with my parents and my sister's family of 4 (kids 7 and 9). Firstly, the photos just don't do the place justice. Walking into the house literally took our breaths away. The wall to wall windows with the ocean view was spectacular. The access to the beach was amazing, as was the size of the yard where the kids enjoyed playing catch, and flying kites. The kitchen was a joy to work in! A highlight was certainly preparing all the delicious meals and eating together and the beautiful, long dining table. Emily and Jo have thought of everything from every possible kitchen utensil, to wonderful choice of games and leisure toys for the kids. We enjoyed the kayaks, the frisbees, and just sitting around for countless hours on Adirondack chairs on the deck. The place surpassed our expectation. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great oceanfront location.

We travelled to PEI with two young kids and extended family for a week and this house was a perfect home base. The house is even better than the photos depict--it is very clean and extremely well stocked, with extensive kitchen supplies, all linens/towels/key household items, and a garage full of toys. The beach is easily accessible from the lawn. At low tide, you can walk for miles, picking sea shells, rocks, and digging for all sorts of clams. At high tide, you can swim in the waves and the water is much warmer than on the north side of the island. The mosquitoes on the lawn can be quite hungry (!), but the screen room, the brand new massive deck, and the beach itself are all very usable and enjoyable. We had a great visit to PEI and this house made us feel like we had a home away from home.

Magnifique propriété en bord de mer

La jolie maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Le terrain et la vue sur la mer sont à couper le souffle. La plage est belle et l'eau (fin juillet) est chaude, donc parfaite pour la baignade. À marée basse, les marches sur la plage sont très agréables. La véranda est parfaite pour les longues soirées. Le seul inconvénient est la quantité de moustiques (mouches et maringouins) à cette période à l'extérieur (!!), bien que certaines journées soient un peu moins pires que d'autres. Plusieurs belles plages se trouvent à distance raisonnable de la propriété. Celle de Thunder Cove a été notre préférée avec ses dunes rouges et son sable blanc. La communication avec l'hôte est excellente.

Relaxing by the water

The whole family loved their stay at the ocean front home. From the well appointed kitchen (we had a seafood feast) to the comfortable bedrooms and all the extras like kayaks and beach toys made it all enjoyable. We were able to relax after a day at the beach ( a few steps away) or visiting museums, lighthouses, Cavendish and more. Being just over an hour from the airport was very convenient.

Relaxing vacation

Amazing Property

This house was perfect for our family! We spent most morning and evenings sitting on the back deck watching the ocean waves! The kids spent many hours on the beach when the tide was out. The beds were comfortable, the house was very well kept and clean. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. They have bikes, kayaks, outside toys for the kids! You really don't need to bring anything with you! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and location

The house was beautiful and spacious! We stayed for 5 days. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathrooms. The only downfall to this rental was the mosquitos. We were unable to stay outside and enjoy the view due to the mosquitoes.
