Beautiful sleek décor welcomes you to this quaint mountain town. Walking distance to restaurants and night life in Victor. 40 minutes to Jackson WY. Large and plentiful windows provide a light atmosphere and expansive mountain views. The unit comes with its own private patio, fireplace, and complete range of new appliances and flat screen TV. We also have a communal BBQ and fire pit area, as well as grassy knolls to enjoy outdoor picnics during long summer days.

Amazing small town. 4th of July parade and rodeos in the valley every weekend in the summer. Award winning restaurants and small historic movie theater close by. Swan Valley and the South Fork of the Snake River just a short drive away to world famous fishing, rafting, wildlife watching, and home to the infamous square ice cream cones. Take a glider ride or a hot air balloon ride in the summer months.

No refunds due to inclement weather . No refunds due to poor internet access due to bad weather.
If there is a Firepit on the premises YOU are responsible to check for a Burn Ban in the county.
NO fires in the firepit are to be started the morning of your departure. Put out fires responsibly!
You will be charged more for cleaning if EXCESS cleaning is required, such as stained carpet, soiled furniture, soiled comforters etc.

Leave used beds unmade.
Load dishwasher and start cycle.
If no dishwasher please wash them by hand.
Bag up all garbage and leave in large garbage can or dumpster in parking lot
Close and lock all windows and doors, return keys to lock box if applicable and return remotes to the TV
DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE GATHERED ALL YOUR BELONGINGS!
We are unable to mail them back to you if forgotten!!
