2 Bedroom 2 bath Condo located in a Gated Golf Community. Amazing course views!
Location, location, location. This condo is in the middle of all Branson has to offer! Step out on your deck and sit and watch golfers play the 10th hole or join them and play 18 holes. All guest only pay 59.00 for 18 holes with a cart! You can also take on any of the other outstanding golf courses the Branson area has to offer. Condo just had new flooring and carpet installed throughout. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen and provides all of the comforts of home. There is a King size bed in one bedroom and a Queen in the other. There is also a Queen blow up mattress to be used for the family room area.

From property walk less than 10 minutes and be able to throw a fly rod into the trophy area of Lake Taneycomo! If Table Rock Lake is more your speed, Moonshine Beach boat launch is less then 2 miles down the road! Bringing a boat?? Boat storage is right up the street. If you don't have a boat State Park Marina is only 7 minutes away if you wanted to rent a boat for the day. Branson Landing is 15 minutes down the road if you want to take in the sites and grab a great meal. Shopping and Branson entertainment is all around you and less then minutes away. You are right in the middle of everything! Condo offers all the comforts of home!
We like to let our guest know that we are on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. There are a total of 21 steps to climb.

Rob and I love the Branson area. Our family has been traveling there for over 50 years. The atmosphere in Branson is warm and welcoming. Not only does Branson provide good family entertainment but also gives access to beautiful lakes, hiking trails, amazing golf, camp sites, delicious food choices and so many forms of family activities. Branson truly does have it all!

We choose Pointe Royale for many reasons. The gated community provides a safe environment for all who stay on property. Not only is the golf course meticulously maintained but so are the entire community grounds. Pointe Royale is right in the middle of everything Branson has to offer. The location is perfect!
