The neighborhood is calm and quiet, but it's easy to access the nearby night life if you want. Really neat building. There was some minor damage in a couple of places but nothing that caused any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a nice place to stay

We stayed for a weekend with a free friends and the size was perfect. Also, the location was great for us and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Comfortable and Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of space for all of us to relax when we were there. We all slept well. the location is wonderful. We were visiting family but also doing fun things in town and in the suburbs so it was ideal location to do that.

We stayed one night for a 12 year old sleepover, the girls had a blast. Lots of space and love the hardwood floors.

Good for a quick overnight stay

Small vintage home close to Cleveland and a great price compared to hotels in the area for sure. Nice family room to rest after traveling a full day. Have to be able to appreciate an older home with squeaky floors, small rooms and all that come with a vintage home. Easy communication with owner.

great neighborhood

The house is set in a leafy residential neighborhood, walking distance to the lake.The host was easy to communicate with and let us check in early which we appreciated. The apartment is on the first floor of a two story house and very quiet. Although it checks all the boxes (it was as advertised) the property could use some TLC.

Family Visit

We came into town from Columbus to visit family in Lakewood. The location was super close to all of our weekend events. The house is nothing fancy but was good for our needs. Some of the amenities listed were not available but were brought over by the manager.

Just What We Needed!

We were very comfortable! The couches were so comfy and the AC kept us cool at night. The property was super clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The property managers were easy to communicate with and very responsive when we needed maintenance help and when we requested an extended stay. We enjoyed delivery from some of the great restaurants in the area.

Great house in a wonderful location.

We had an amazing time staying at this great find that wa s lose to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and the host had everything you need available to us. Only suggestion I would make is a lighted sign or illuminated house numbers. It was hard to see at night when we first came in. Otherwise amazing stay.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. There was a massive and loud party a short distance away. Didn't feel especially safe.

Great location

Perfect location for exploring downtown attractions like Rock Hall of Fame, ballpark, Edgewater Beach Park, West Side Market. 10 minutes to everything. We had 2 cars and were able to find street parking out front. Beds are comfortable. We appreciated the new bag of coffee provided by the host. The property is old but well appointed. It really needs a deep clean throughout and some replacements in the bathroom (shower curtain and towels).

It was ok until the end of my trip

The rental was very clean and spacious the only problem was the backdoor being see through as well as someone kept trying to come in during our stay if I wasn’t there half of the time they would of just came in the thermostat wasn’t working when we got there which wasn’t a big issue until it began snowing and the house was freezing I contacted the host she never responded to my concern causing me to check out the night before early

Very disappointing

Finding the place was extremely difficult. It would have helped having a light on as the street was very dark. There were four steps up to the front porch, the hand rail was very loose and I almost fell into the bushes. We got in only to find the beds not made, the laundry on the floor, dishes in the sink, garbage over-flowing. Impossible to stay and no way to connect with the owner.
